About the Shop
Since January 2017, Candlelight and Roses has been under the ownership of expert floral designer Nancy Casey. We pride ourselves on the freshness and creativity of our floral arrangements.
We proudly serve Billerica and surrounding towns. Our dedicated staff always goes the extra mile to offer fine floral arrangements and gifts.
In addition to flowers, you'll find candles, green plants, decor, bath products and more to help you choose the perfect gift for all occasions.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I ordered flowers for a friend of mine that had just lost somebody very important to them. Once I placed my online order I realized that I made a typo on the card and had to call them and see if they could correct it. The woman I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and most importantly, they made my friend smile.
