I called and ordered an arrangement for a family funeral. The woman who took my order was so very kind right from the jump. She was patient and offered a few different options. I never felt pressure or silly for asking so many questions. She kept reassuring me that she would take care of things and not to worry. When I arrived at the funeral home and saw the arrangement that was prepared, I was beyond pleased. It was absolutely beautiful and tasteful.
I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

From white roses Christmas center pieces, weekly deliveries to my beloved family member in elder care to my dear friends mother who passed and asked for a Hawaiian theme bouquet with specific Hawaiian flower in them for the memorial. This last bouquet was for a friends birthday and I ordered on line based on a photo to select from. It looks EXACTLY like picture! I cant recommend this florist enough. Amazing experience with this floral shop! I bought a beautiful bouquet and it was delivered the same day the flowers were incredibly fresh and they kept for a week and a 1/2 at least just as beautiful as when I first got them. First, I have to say that I was provided excellent customer service, which is huge to me! And in all fairness, I was immediately contacted by the florist and told that - due to the stock they had on hand - there would be some substitutions made to this arrangement. I was ok with that, and put my trust in the florist to make it as similar as possible, and at least as pretty. What was delivered had way fewer flowers - some of which were misshapen, lots of leaves, and really wasn't arranged very prettily. Even the bow was messy. Unfortunately, I'm not able to upload a picture for comparison. I'm a little disappointed, if I have to be honest.
