Wonderful customer service
Quick and easy ordering and delivery. Got it delivered in about four hours. Flowers are beautiful, my wife loved them. Everyone at her work was asking about “whose beautiful flowers are those”. I will be coming back in the future for sure! Fellas, you get what you pay for so if you think your getting a dozen roses delivered for under $100, your mistaken. Bust that wallet out and show her how much you love her.

Had this delivered to a coworker in another state and they didn’t disappoint. They were very well received and showed up on time.
Your order process was very easy. I sent this arrangement to my friend who recently lost her son. What you sent was beautiful and she loved it. Although, it was not really as advertised. I wanted something that would last for a long time, thus my selection of the succulent arrangement.
The arrangement looked to be all flowers. I read the notice that sometimes you need to make changes if some of the flowers, etc. are not available, but this was not like the photo at all. Like I said, she loved it and it is a wonderful arrangement, bur maybe you should have given me a call. My thanks for your lovely work.

Hello Christopher. I always want our customers to be absolutely happy. This years theme for Mothers Day was pink and purple flowers with black and white polka dot ribbon. It is meant to have an English garden tea party vibe. I'm sorry you didn't like it or thought it was done with malicious intent. What can I do to make this a happy experience for you and your mother? Never used this florist before. Ordered online. Sent an arrangement for my Aunt's 80th birthday on a Saturday. It was sent as the picture described and on time. My Aunt was overwhelmed by the arrangement and the choice of flowers used. My uncle said she was brought to tears. So I guess I got the reaction I was looking for! I chose this arrangement because of the eucalyptus, which is my favorite. I was disappointed to see the actual arrangement had no eucalyptus. With that said, the recipient enjoyed her flowers.

These were a gift and she let us know they were lovely. They were delivered early in the day and she said it will be perfect for her dining room table. The colors were as expected.

I understand the website said it may not be exactly like the picture but it also said they would substitute the flowers for ones that were equal or higher value. I don't believe Daisies , green filler , Peruvian lily or carnations were equal to hydrangeas and tulips
The flowers were beautiful and made the recipient very happy, so for that I am pleased. As for me, the buyer, I chose a bouquet that was in a pitcher instead of a vase for it would be fitting for the recipients home decor, but candlelight & roses could not deliver. They did not have that pitchet nor any pitchers to accomidate me so i had to settle for a vase. Since I was not getting What I ordered, I asked if there was going to be a change in the amount charged since I was not getting what is promised in the picture.i was told " its about the flowers". I disagree... it's about getting what you ordered. All in all my recipient was happy so that made me smile
The flowers were delivered with 2 hours notice prior to closing which was wonderful. The arrangement was gorgeous far beyond my expectations.
