About the Shop
Candlelight and Roses is a family-operated wedding business that specializes in exquisite and fun wedding floral designs and wedding coordination. We started our business in 2000 in a small design area in my garage with a homemade flower cooler. Since then we have become one of the top wedding florists in Northern Nevada providing exceptional service to hundreds of bridal couples per year.
Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I ordered the premium designers choice. Amazing. They did more than expected. The bouquet was big. Really big and beautiful and smelled amazing. My wife loved them, which is the best part about it. This was my 2nd time going here, and the 2nd time was better than the first, and the first did not disappoint. Also amazing. I've been to A LOT of flower stores ever since my main one closed years ago, this is my #1 recommended for minden/Gardnerville. I'll be back very soon!
