I don’t live in the area and wanted to surprise my daughter with some flowers for her birthday. I originally ordered from a different local florist, but immediately cancelled due to the $29.99 delivery fee on a $40 purchase. I then came across this florist whose delivery fee was much more reasonable. They went above and beyond to deliver my daughter’s surprise Birthday plant. Surprise to me, she wasn’t even at work to receive them. :( My only regret is the lack of ability to tip the driver for their job well done . Will definitely use them again .

We had the most amazing experience! The flowers were beautiful, the customer service was exceptional! They truly went above and beyond for us. We were coming from out of town for our daughter’s graduation and they reached out to the hotel we were staying at and verified they would hold the flowers for us, they texted when they were delivered. This was my second order with you. My daughter, who has recently been diagnosed with cancer, loved your arrangement especially the bear. Your prices are reasonable compared to your competitors. Some inflation is real, but there is a lot of price gouging going on in the country. Prices will only come down if consumers vote with their feet.

Campus flowers was amazing! I didn’t realize the ASU front desk at the dorms do not accept deliveries, so I apologize for that. But the the delivery driver called my daughter and arranged for drop off the next day. The outside of the vase was dusty and had some dirt and some kind of sticky paper (looked like an old price tag?) on it. And no water in the vase for the flowers! The delivery person said it had spilled on the way over?

I called the Arizona number and was disappointed not to be able to talk with a real person but was rather directed to order online. So I reluctantly did so. The Mothers' Day flowers I ordered for my daughter-in-law (mother of a few of my beautiful grandchildren) arrived when promised and are as lovely as in the web site photos. I was just a bit unsure if they would be as I have heard several florists across the country were having floral stock issues. That's why I wish I could have spoken to a person at the shop.. just to ease my questions of what the delivered flowers might be, if different than pictured.

Could be better. I made an order for Mother’s Day 2 weeks in advance. The day of I spoke to my mom and she never confirmed flowers. I called the shop 5 times with no answer. I also emailed them and 2 days later... still no answer. I learned the flowers were delivered around 6:20pm on Mother’s Day. I’m disappointed in how late it took for them to deliver and lack of communication. I wanted to support a local business but I probably won’t use them again. They don’t even respond back to clients.

Not only were the roses beautiful, the coloring on them were absolutely unique! My daughter loved them. Additionally, they went above and beyond my expectations when they went to deliver them at her apartment she was at my house for her graduation ceremony 2 miles away. While I was very pleased with experience of ordering the plant and you have good prices, especially in area of delivery charges, my comment comes from talking to husband of recipient. He said there was no indication of what kind of plant was received, much less care instructions. This, to me, is rather important as I tend to lean towards plants as they usually last a little longer than flowers.

Hi I wanted to say thanks again to Ryan! He was kind enough to call me and stated he couldnt get into the building at the delivery address i put on my order. I realized i had put the wrong address on the order and i gave him the correct address which was the building accross the street. She received the beautiful arrangement but didn’t receive the chocolates. I called the shop and they appologized and stated that they were too busy that day to deliver the chocolates and would deliver the next day and refund me the chocolates for my troubles. I never received the refund for the chocolates but they did deliver the chocolates to her the next day.

The flowers were beautiful, and the presentation was great. However, I had scheduled the flowers to be delivered on 5/25 and they ended up being delivered on 5/24 (the same day I ordered them). While the person the flowers were for wasn't disappointed, I was a little disappointed that the delivery date was ignored. Maybe my "please drop off before 4:30pm" note was confusing, but I had meant dropping the flowers off before 4:30pm on the selected date of delivery, not the date of the order.

UPDATE: many of the flowers were dead this morning, and being less than 2 days after delivery, this is extremely disappointing. I'm a first time customer and this was honestly a bad experience for us. I don't believe I'll be connecting with Campus Flowers again.

My girlfriend only received a half dozen roses and the arrangement did not have a red bow wrapped around it as photographed. Delivery was timely and polite, however the fact that the arrangement did not come with a dozen roses is unacceptable. Money back or a delivery of one dozen roses to the delivery address would be preferred, but still won't make up for the fact that the product was not delivered as promised.
