To be honest, I was a little disappointed. The on line picture shows yellow roses, but the delivery had none. Plenty of substitutes, but deep reds, purple and sun flowers were in the arrangement. I have ordered from you before and was satisfied. This time, not so much.

There were a substantial number of carnations in the bouquet vs. what was pictured and considering there were NO carnations in the picture, I was a little disappointed as this was not the recipient's favorite flower. Other than that, the arrangement was pretty and was delivered on that the date that I requested. Thank you!!

While we appreciated the prompt delivery and timely notifications, the flowers were just ok. The roses we picked out online looked like a subtle shade of light pink, but the ones received were magenta/almost red. The rose blooms were very open, almost to the end of their time and the photo our recipient sent looked like there were missing roses from the dozen.

Was so thrilled with this arrangement, as was the recipient! She said, "The flowers are probably the prettiest I've ever seen! Not kidding one bit. They're beautiful! I love the big full blooms and not loads of little fillers." Also was thrilled that Camile's knew how to deliver these to the hospital and even looked up the room # beforehand. Well done! Only thing I had trouble with was using the "add-on" feature on line. Couldn't get it to add the stuffed animals or balloons, and couldn't figure out how to just separately order these items after the arrangement order was placed. Might have to actually call them to make that happen.

While the arrangement was similar in colors, it didn’t look nearly as chic or beautiful. Flowers were not symmetrically placed but just jammed in the vase with a very tacky pink ribbon. All the flowers were different and certainly didn’t look like the premium arrangement that I paid for. Looked like something you can find at Target. Disclaimer, you must read the entire post. The 5 stars are for a reason…… I placed the order well before Valentine’s Day for pink roses. On the on-line order form there was an area for special instructions so I explained the flowers needed to be delivered before 3 pm because where they were going closed before then. The flowers do my wife no good at hime as she spends most of her time at work. I also opted for text messaging updates.
Valentine’s Day comes and it’s close to 4 pm when I realize I did not get texts from the flower shop or the my wife. I found this unusual so I called the flower shop and was reminded it was a holiday and they were busy. Never the less, they asked for an alternate address. Needless to say, the flowers did not show up until after 7 pm and they were wilted. Understand, my wife goes to bed really early….so she went to bed thinking I forgot her on such a special day!!!! When they arrived, I had to accept the flowers, which were wilted, and she was already in bed.
The next day, I called the flower shop and expressed my frustration regarding the situation. A nice man helped me out.
The very next day, a BEAUTIFUL AND FRESH delivery of the same flower order was sent to the address where they originally supposed to go. My wife was so HAPPY!!!!!! I received a photo of the flowers and WOWWWW!!!!!!!
I REALLY appreciated how they turned a negative and frustrating situation into such a positive experience. They truly showed what customer service should be and it was greatly appreciated.
I felt it was important to mention what originally happened to challenge everyone in realizing just because there was an oversight, it can, and was fixed creating a truly positive experience.

Very disappointed. What I ordered looks nothing like what was delivered. I purchased the premium bouquet thinking it would have more flowers and be a larger than what was shown. Also the one thing that really brought the ‘Plum Crazy for Fall’ bouquet together was the vibrant purple vase, of which you will only get a clear one. The filler flowers were very different. I wish they would use photos of what they actually were going to sell not some clipart they found on the internet. Defiantly do not pay for the upgraded bouquet, I can only image what the cheep bouquet looks like.

The arrangement arrived looking like the picture. We paid for deluxe but I didn’t think it was deluxe. The roses were open and looked like they were delivered 3 or 4 days ago. The petals are curling back and they seem old. Deluxe supposedly gets a full arrangement with the freshest flowers. Maybe I paid for deluxe but received the basic version? It’s pretty of course but I would never order it again and I don’t think I would order roses here if this is how they would look at arrival.

The flowers were delivered on time however they were one third the size which I ordered. I ordered the deluxe size and asked for a turquoise ribbon to be out on the vase which was not done. The picture advertised shows a very full vase of pink and white carnations and buttons with some gyp. I got a tiny vase of salmon Rose's in a very small vase and no ribbon. I was very upset as I had given a 20% tip and although the card was written correctly , the order was not what I paid for. I paid nearly a 100$ and what was received looked like something out of Walmart for 10$

The person who delivered my flowers got very impatient with the security guard in my neighborhood and also claimed who could not wait much longer at the gate because he had a dentist appointment but I also understand they were giving him a hard time. Your long stem dozen pink roses were a big hit. I was told they were absolutely perfect and beautiful. They delivered on time and in the morning as I requested. The driver called when the condo guard was not giving him access right away. I was told the driver was wearing a mask and left the flowers at the doorstep with the recipient inside the door. Precautions were taken.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful. My gripe is they were not “hand†delivered. They were left on the front door step in the sun. If the person receiving them wasn’t going to be home for a while they would have wilted in the sun or been knocked over. I’d have preferred they were actually handed to the recipient.

Flowers arrived at the apartment complex Friday night. They were suppose to be delivered on Saturday. Consequently, they were locked in the mailing office. The recipient didn’t receive them until Monday.

The website showed a great selection of floral arrangements but since I live 21 hrs away I was not sure if delivery would be on time. After searching several other websites I chose Camile's because of the owner's picture posted on the website. She seemed like the type who would provide, detailed, authentic services. It was an online order but I also called to verify the details. Customer service was excellent and reassured me all would be well.
