Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (707) 827-8090, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Disappointed. Flowers were in a small vase with not enough water and taped in with scotch tape. Half the flowers died in a day because they weren't touching the water. Expensive bouquet that didn't last. Would not return or recommend.

I live in Washington state, but every year I send my “California sister” an arrangement from California Sister on her birthday. I always like to support local businesses because I believe in keeping money in the community with the actual people working every day instead of some corporate CEO, even if it costs a bit more. If I can afford it, it’s worth it. Every year the arrangements are beautiful and show up as planned. This year, it was very very hot on the scheduled delivery day and my sister wasn’t home. They went out of their way to arrange a delivery the following day (a Saturday when they don’t normally deliver). The flowers arrived beautiful as always. Thanks for taking that extra step. It is so appreciated. And this is also why people should support local. It’s better all around for everyone involved!

Great service and even better floral displays. Don't be fooled by online trickery. I searched online for Sebastopol Florists, and several popped up. I called the first one on the list and asked, "Are you a local florist?" (There was no address on the web page.) The person said, "Yes, we deliver to Sebastopol." I helped a friend send a bouquet using California Sister to a memorial service in Bodega Bay. This was even more important for my friend because she could not attend the service in person as she now, as do I, live out of state. Every step of the process was thoughtful and comprehensive. We were kept abreast of the status of the order and its delivery. We were perhaps a bit more anxious than usual, to assure the flowers were special and to be sure they got there since we were so far away. We were in excellent hands and they were very understanding. The arrangement was stunning and California Sister navigated getting the delivery to its needed locale while they managed expertly several delivery twists and turns. They sent us a photo of the arrangement which meant a lot to my friend--it helped her feel like she was there. I highly recommend California Sisters and will use them again. The arrangement and assortment of the flowers was very nicely put together. Another thing my girlfriend and I loved is that these flowers were fresh and had smelled wonderful. When I tried ordering the West county gold online I noticed that there was not a delivery window for the day that I needed the flowers delivered. I called the store directly, and even though it was a 1-day notice they were able to have the flowers ready for pick-up the next day. In the past I have had such excellent service from your company I was always more than happy to recommend you and confident in your excellent performance. This time was a disaster from the beginning with the onus being placed on me your customer. I fully understand your support for your employee, but to do so at the expense of a customer is inexcusable. The flowers themselves were gorgeous. Great next day delivery. However, they were supposed to be a surprise and I didn’t realize you’d text the recipient, usually when I’ve given the number it’s only in case of necessity to contact the recipient, rather than text the the flowers were on their way, when they were a surprise. Perhaps I should’ve specified, but I’ve never experience this before and I’ve had many flowers delivered. Just a bummer for such an expensive surprise to then not end up being one. Would still order again, but will leave out the number.

My parents surprised me with a bouquet from California Sisters for my birthday and I am IN LOVE with them. Generally the bouquet was very nice and my wife was very happy with it. The lemons added an interesting uniqueness. Note, however, that lemons (3) are heavy relative to all the other flowers included. The result was an unbalanced bouquet that tipped over in my car on the way home spilling water all over. Once home, the lemons literally fell out of the bouquet several times.

Since this was to honor the passing of a man, I specifically requested no pink, and instead add blue or greens along with white. The receivers have always been impressed by the unusual types of flowers and their arrangement. ‘Blindly’ ordering from Spain, I have appreciated that the flowers are Sonoma grown (which also probably explains the comments that they last longer than usual.) Plus, a picture of my actual order is usually sent a few hours before delivery. I highly recommend California Sister!

I saw the flower arrangement at Cristine 's house and it didn't look like the picture. The two orange plum-like flowers weren't in the display and the arrangement looked imbalanced and sparse of flowers. This does not look like a $91 flower arrangement. Did the flowers get damaged on route to Christine's house? I will not use your florist shop agan and will not recommend it to others.

I, frankly, was quite disappointed with the arrangement sent to my friends. The selection of flowers did not capture the soft tones of the photo on your webpage, which was how I based my selection. Bright orange and hot pink colors felt gaudy in the arrangement, not at all like the feeling created in your posted arrangement.

I appreciate the availability to make a last-minute Saturday delivery to my hotel room 15 miles out in Guerneville – though $40 for delivery felt a little steep, I was desperate to find a shop that could do it. The bouquet itself was beautiful, the delivery process was disappointing. From the start I was upset. Flowers are always a nice surprise on a stressful day and the recipient received a text notification the day before to let her know an arrangement would be delivered to her. The bouquet never showed up through the work day and ended up having to be the last delivery of the day (7pm) at a different location. As the sender I had to communicate with the floral shop as well as my mom to coordinate and try to resolve.

I placed my order 2 full days before delivery. I based my order on the photo provided on the web site. On delivery day I received multiple messages concerning delivery and had to get involved. I was out of country. Finally when delivery was made my long time friend (who grows orchids) sent me a photo of what he had received and I was very disappointed. Nothing like the photo on the web site. I conveyed this to the delivery person (Alex). In the photo the arrangement had two orchid sprays that were full and beautiful. What was delivered had one spray and small at that. For the price and the product I was very disappointed.

California Sisters provided a lovely gift of a houseplant, delivered it within a reasonable time frame and communicated with me throughout the process. The quality and artistry of the arrangements from California Sister are so superior to any other florists in the area that I won’t order from anyone else. |I was so excited to give my mother these flowers. I have used FTD in the past and while they do a good job, your flower shop looked gorgeous and I figured I'd splurge. Not only were they delivered quite late in the day, but the delivery person never called my mother to be buzzed into the gate so they stayed outside, in the sun for over an hour. When she received them she said they looked "tired" and not up to prior years (which cost less than half as much). I am so very disappointed. I was really hoping to find a superior local store. I then wrote an email to this affect and now, 24 hours later, have yet to receive a response. So now not only am I disappointed in the flowers but in the customer service too.
