Caldwell Floral
Family-owned and operated, our goal in our business is to help emotions be shared and received in meaningful ways. From love to gratitude, to mourning; we see flowers as a naturally beautiful way to aid us in this arena of life. We strive to foster family and community and build lasting friendships with our clients. We hope that through our attitude and values, we attempt to convey in our business, faith, and blessing both are passed on to every person who makes contact with us every day. We specialize in custom work that fits the personality and feel of those who come to work with us for their sympathy pieces, weddings, events, or everyday gestures made more vibrant through the use of flowers as a medium. Cindy has been in Flowers for over 30 years, and her daughter, Robynn, gladly joined the team directly out of college and has more than a decade under her belt. The littlest member of the crew (Robynn's toddler) is the light of the shop, the tiny little Emma June. With our employees at our side, who are more family than co-workers, we feel the need to express how grateful we are that God has given us this opportunity, and grown our business. He has allowed us to make a positive impact in the hearts and lives of others and we want to point to Him always.

Cindy Heinze
Cindy is the energetic, bubbly and super creative heart of Caldwell Floral. She is a huge family woman, mom, & grandma with faith that can move mountains. She loves working with her husband on their little cattle operation when she's not busy swooping through the flower shop with all the radiance of a gerbera daisy. Designing since the seventies, she has seen trends come and go and has never lost her eye for beauty. Her favorite designs are organic and reflect her western tastes. She loves to incorporate the personality of the receiver or the sender into her designs, with the goal of eliciting a delighted exclamation upon delivery of each bouquet. She attempts to "get" the people involved in a special way. :)

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (208) 459-0051, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

My 97 yr old mother's birthday was Jan 6, and delivery to Nampa was perfect. Mom was delighted, and the family thought it the most beautiful they'd ever seen, praise that was highly deserved. Its few substitutions due to available flowers kept it as full and lovely as this photo, including two beautiful dark pink star lilies, bright yellow long stemmed cannas, larger orange roses, and additional foliage at the base. I have ordered flowers three times in the last three months online for family and friends in Caldwell. The first site I used was some giant nationwide online middle man that charged me 50% more than comparables. I used another local shop that used a delivery service that was a little janky and didn’t give me an option to leave a card.

I am usually very satisfied with the orders I submit through your web sight but this is the second order that this has happened with so I am going to say something this time this was not the vase pictured in the sample picture that being said I know sometimes the vase varies due to what you have on hand but both times I have put in my order notes to let me know if the vase is going to be different than what is pictured and both times I was not notified. My wife didn’t get the flowers I double checked the address I put in online and it was correct. There was a problem with the online ordering and it was marked complete. The driver when asked if he delivered the flowers at first said yes then retracted his answer. I was refunded 50% and the flowers were delivered a day late. I appreciate the owner trying to make it right but I will most likely not use them again.

After another florist let me down. I ordered 2 sets of flowers to be delivered. One on Friday to a friend on Friday and another to the funeral on Saturday for services on Sunday. They let me know late Saturday that the Friday delivery was not possible due to supply problems. It was late in the afternoon the local florists were closed. So I was unable to make any other arrangements for the funeral.

To be honest I used a very popular online florist and every arrangement I want to send was not available in Caldwell, so I used a local florist. Which I should have done in the first place because I love using private companies. Pretty arrangement but disappointed that it did not include the white roses. I paid for the deluxe version that included 5 roses 3 red and 2 white. The two white roses were a key element in the arrangement that I especially wanted. If you were out of white roses I would have appreciated a call so we could decide what other white flowers could have replaced the white roses instead of substituting them with more red.

I received a picture of the flowers that were delivered and it didn't look anything like what I ordered. The right side of the arrangement was heavy and the left was bare. This is called "Beautiful in Blue". I choose an arrangement with blues in it because this was for the loss of a son. Not much Blue about the flowers that were delivered. I understand seasons and flower availability, but I have to say I am quite disappointed. AND I paid for the deluxe arrangement!

I am in California I ordered the "You're Brilliant" bouquet on a Friday, for same day delivery to my niece in Caldwell. The fees were completely reasonable (much better than the "big" floral companies online AND you're supporting local businesses!) and they delivered the flowers within a few hours of my ordering them. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I can't speak highly enough about this flower shop. I live in CA and needed to order a sympathy arrangement to be sent to a family member in Idaho and I randomly found Caldwell thru an internet search. I'm so happy that I picked them and here's why:
I saw an arrangement on their website that I liked, it came with a glass cross, I did all of the necessary steps and placed the order. Later that day I received an email and they had noticed that the same exact arrangement had been sent just a few days before and asked if I would like to change it out any way - I thought that was SO INCREDIBLE, that 1st of all they even noticed a thing like that and that they bothered to let me know about it and give me the opportunity to change my order (which I did of course.)
Then I found something else that I liked that was close in price and told them that I'd pay any overage fees and since the price was close enough they did it for me at no extra charge - ANNNND hand delivered it BEFORE NOON!! Wow. I've ordered from flower shops - days in advance and the flowers don't arrive until after 6pm sometimes! So this shop gets all A's from me. They also sent me a photo of the arrangement per my request.

Later that day I received an email and they had noticed that the same exact arrangement had been sent just a few days before and asked if I would like to change it out any way - I thought that was SO INCREDIBLE, that 1st of all they even noticed a thing like that and that they bothered to let me know about it and give me the opportunity to change my order (which I did of course.)
Then I found something else that I liked that was close in price and told them that I'd pay any overage fees and since the price was close enough they did it for me at no extra charge - ANNNND hand delivered it BEFORE NOON!! Wow. I've ordered from flower shops - days in advance and the flowers don't arrive until after 6pm sometimes! So this shop gets all A's from me. They also sent me a photo of the arrangement per my request.

When I placed the order, I made a typo in my Mom’s address, but was able to easily locate an email for the local florist who corrected it for me and I had a confirmation of the correction from Bloomnation. When the flowers arrived, my Mom was over the moon!! Not to happy about how they charge you $10.00 to hand deliver your flowers and then leave them outside because no one was home. The flowers got wilted due to being left outside. If your going to charge a hand delivery charge then make sure your actually giving them to a person.

Cindy was the sweetest gal when she called to let me know that they were unfortunately out of the smiley cups but they more than made up for it by adding in a smiley ballon and some cute little bee decorations. Often times when you do online orders with floral shops and what you receive is nothing like the beautiful picture but we received a bouquet just as beautiful as the picture. Yesterday I believe we added some green buttons to bring in the green, because the hypericum was peach, but was also present. Was the style not satisfying, or was the quality poor in your opinion? My daughter loves her flowers but her the arrangement had no bow . When I called Caldwell to let them know . They said it didn’t come with a bow . They said when they pulled up the picture from your website it didn’t have a bow . I told the lady well your receipt confirmation you emailed me had the picture and it has a bow and on their website too . She asked what did I want to do ? I said never mind if you have to ask me and not get an apology then you have bad customer service . The bow to me is what made the whole arrangement beautiful. But my daughter said she still loved them .

We were able to send what would normally be a $42.99 arrangement, which is a medium size. During checkout, customers are able to leave notes on what types of flowers they like/dislike, etc. Because we received no notes from you, we were not aware you would not like carnations in your piece. Calling in will also allow you to give us more thorough notes if you would like. :) Our pricing has gone back to normal pre-holiday levels at this point, and normally a $57 arrangement would be quite a bit larger. We have given you a $15 refund to help with the disatisfaction. Unfortunately, the delivery fee to Parma, ID is quite high due to the distance. We hate to raise prices without increasing arrangement size. And we are sorry for the confusion Valentine's price increases may cause. The delivery was super fast. They said as long as you have the order in by 3 they can deliver it the same day. It was probably delivered within 2 hours of us putting in the order. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
