About Us
Tania has had a passion for flowers since her childhood in Ecuador, stemming from her Grandfather’s garden filled with calla lilies. When Tania moved to the US, she joined her father’s business, where she was in charge of all of the planting and gardening. She then took a job as a helper in a market’s flower department, taking studious notes on everything they did. With her newfound floral education, she was able to achieve her goal of getting a job as a floral designer in a local shop. However, her true dream was to own her own shop, a dream she had since she was eight and watched the ladies of Gualaceo sell and arrange flowers. During COVID, Tania realized that it was finally time to pursue this dream and opened Cactus Flowers by Tania. This name was meaningful to her because her grandparents had many cactuses and the beautiful flower of the cactus only lasted for a day. She learned to savour the moment and enjoy it’s beauty. Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (203) 482-6316, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (203) 482-6316 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
