Karine has been in the floral industry for over 20 years with amazing experience in both retail florals and Coordinating and designing weddings. She has worked with Hollywood studios to coordinate, plan, and design the centerpieces for holiday parties. She specializes in wedding centerpieces as well. Buzzy Bee Flowers was founded out of a small studio inside a home and has transitioned to the city of Glendale, neighboring iconic landmarks such as Portos Bakery and The Americana at Brand. |I placed an order at 9:30 AM for my wife’s birthday and never received the flowers. I called multiple times and left messages, sent an email—no one ever got back to me. I spent $200 for absolutely nothing, and it completely ruined her birthday. Unreliable service and zero communication. I won’t be ordering from Buzzy Bee again.

The balloon was also not as ordered — instead of two, there was only one, and it was small and totally different from what was shown online. The chocolates I paid for were not delivered at all.
My daughter picked up flowers by herself. That was our gift for her on her Birthday.
I tried calling the phone number listed on their website — no one answered. I emailed them — no response. Eventually, someone called me back, but from a different number, and only after a long delay.
No one proactively told me anything about a refund. Only after I followed up did theyvaguely mention a partial refund for delivery and missing chocolates — which they said may take up to seven days to process.
For this level of service and miscommunication, I cannot recommend this business.

Very sad!! I spent 200 dollars on an amazing arrangement that was intended for my daughters sweet 16th.

|I purchased the "Designer's Choice" bouquet for my best friend's birthday. Her favorite color is black, so in the special instructions section, I asked for black flowers, or if black flowers were not available for the bouquet to be dark and moody. The bouquet my best friend received had bright red roses, light blue hydrangeas, and blue thistle. It looks like a Fourth of July bouquet. The greenery is bright green, not muted at all. There was a black feather sticking out of the top and a black ribbon wrapped around the base. Not only were these flowers NOT dark nor moody, the overall look of the arrangement was not cohesive or aesthetically pleasing.
In addition, there was floral foam sticking out of the top of the vase and visible from several points of view. Some of the roses do not look fresh and have visible signs of distress or drying along the edges of the petals. The arrangement looked sparse and hastily put together. For a $100 arrangement, I expected much much more.
In addition, when I called to address my concerns regarding my order the woman I spoke to was very rude and tried to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. She asked me to send an email with pictures, which I did and have received NO response.
I picked Buzzy Bee Flowers because the arrangements on the website were beautiful, and I wanted to support a local business and have all of my money go towards it, rather than ordering through a place like 1-800 Flowers. I’m incredibly disappointed at the effort and creativity that went into my order and the poor customer service I received.

|Sorry to say , but three of the roses were not fresh and looked dead ( I have picture) and not the same way design that I ordered . Some of the flowers looked brown and white ( I did not want white roses) I ordered light pink and little dark pink roses like pictures . Also ribbon was light brown not pink. Overall I did not like what ever I ordered .
