The arrangement was gorgeous. My daughter loved them! It was delivered within two hours of my order which was so awesome! I will always use Butterfields when needing flowers in the area! Very wonderful experience!

The flowers we ordered looked similar to the picture but it was not full and pretty as the photo portrayed, I was very disappointed for the price we paid for a premium arrangement and got a supermarket looking arrangement instead.

Butterfield’s did not have in exactly what I ordered, so they called me and asked if they could substitute an upgrade. I said anything is fine, just adds a little color. This was a potted plant for a funeral. To my surprise, the upgrade was breathtaking! It was a huge potted plant where the leaves were orange and 2 shades of green. I was so appreciative! I’ve used the many times and was never disappointed.

Butterfields did an amazing job, as always! I remember when I was a little girl, they were who my Dad always used when he wanted to surprise my mom with flowers at work. The arrangements were gorgeous! So, when we wanted to surprise her with flowers from our daughter, it was an easy choice to make. We chose the "Designer's Choice" arrangement and I gave a few color preferences and the result was just what I had wanted for my mom!

This arrangement was disappointing. I understand flowers may not be the same as what’s pictured online but I thought it would be a nice sized arrangement of flowers for $86. Sadly, it didn’t look any nicer or larger than a $40 arrangement.

I cannot recommend this place enough! They went above and beyond to make sure all 5 of my deliveries got delivered on time to two different places (& each person who received them absolutely LOVED them!!!)

I received an email saying that my order had been hand delivered to the person it was going to. However, she never received the flowers. I don’t know who it was delivered to, but it was not who was supposed to receive the order. I sent an email immediately, but received no response whatsoever. Since then, I have received three promotional Emails from the florist, but I still have not received any response from my initial contact. I would not recommend this florist at all.

The website says the arrangement is pretty much as pictured. I thought I was getting 3 cups with small pumpkins but only got 1 cup. It was a pretty low cost, but I did not stop to think that it would only be a partial arrangement. It would be better if it stated only one cup included. I would also have liked to choose which cup, while my least favorite, Wicked, is what was chosen for my order. After receiving this, I did place a second order for a different arrangement altogether.

Amazing experience! One of the florists called me to let me know they had miscounted on their high and magic roses, so instead they took what they had left and made a new arrangement with some other wonderful roses and even added some extra! The flower arrangement i ordered was very disappointing and embarrassing. It looked nothing like the picture you advertised on the website. The flowers were random flowers that looked like leftover flowers that were picked up off the floor from making other arrangements. I could of went to the grocery store and got 3 bouquet of flowers for the price i paid by going through a professional florist. I had to apologize to the family of the deceased because the arrangement was so bad. Delivery charges were ridiculous. The only reason this review got any stars was because they were actually delivered to the correct funeral.

I am writing this review on behalf of My mother-in-law , for she’s the one I bought it for. She did not like it , she said it was really cheap looking and hoped that I didn’t pay very much for it (too late) She’s always been very pleased with arrangements from here, as I’ve only used this florist for the past 7 years she’s been living in Farmington. So for her to say she didn’t like it was heartbreaking!!

I use Butterfields for all my floral needs. I have never been disappointed until now. I expected the PLANT I ordered to be delivered, or at least a similar plant. It was not a plant at all, it was a tree. In no way was this an acceptable substitution. I would have expected to have been called before this type of substitution was made. A plant and a tree are NOT the same thing for someone to be able to take home and care for.

She didn’t get to work until 5 but the flowers were delivered at 12:30. I wanted her to have the surprise as she walked in however I had to tell her I got her flowers so she could track them down rather then being surprised by them. Well let’s start with the flowers we’re not delivered until 3:40 pm . I wasn’t aware that you had to request a time for delivery time . Which is I guess my fault, I called around 2:40 pm and they were on the truck and had to change time to be delivered after picking up my child from school. When the flowers arrived the balloon was deflated. I called the store today and the only thing offered was for me to bring the balloon in and have it re inflated no discount or partial refund was offered, and not to mention the entire time I was on hold I could hear there entire conversation about how it was my fault that I didn’t put a request time in and not there fault the balloon went flat . This was very unprofessional and for the amount of money spent is very disappointing for a business ..

Funny story relating to their delivery service: The young man called me because my mother didn’t answer the door. I instructed him to just leave on her porch that I was sure she was home. He said “Ma’am, you’re in Florida. I spent $80 to "upgrade" the arrangement I ordered for my friends funeral. I got the viewing and noticed that there didn't seem to be any difference in the picture of the regular arrangement, to mine that was supposed to be upgraded! I also noticed the wild flowers seemed wilted and and things seemed to be dying. For the money i spent, i felt things should have at least held up throughout the services, etc. Before looking so depleted. I would hope for better results! I was pleased that they called to let me know that, although they did not have the exact flowers pictured, they had created an arrangement with similar colors. They even sent me a picture of the actual arrangement. It looked lovely, and I appreciate the effort to make sure I was pleased with my order. I write this review with disappointment. I order flowers locally to have fresh good looking flowers delivered to my mother. Flowers are one way to brighten her day! The flower blooms were only big as quarters. The bow was not on the vase in a nice presentation.
If I wanted flowers that were small and a bow discombobulated I would order from Pro Flowers. I believe in trying to support the community when possible.

I would have gave a 5 star review but the surprise was ruined by calling the person receiving flowers instead of calling the number listed to call instead your driver called the business they was to be delivered to and ruined the surprise. Also in the specific directions for the florists or driver it said deliver to a different address after a certain time simply following directions that was given would have saved this. Also gave a wide range of delivery time around 7 hours and that time wasn't met it was only late a little but I am dissaponted enough to write all of this. I will probably try another company next time ..

I ordered the highest price wind chimes for a wake. The florist called me to let me know they did not have the highest grade in stock but would add fresh or fake flowers, my choice. The online order was easy and quick. The delivery was quick also for a short notice. The flowers pretty except the smaller roses were already wilted and half dead. I ordered the Premium and am upset that a premium would have wilted half dead roses for the price I paid. Disappointed if this is what customer pay for. They were one of the top rated florist in the area for many years. Hope that this was just an incidental case.

Ordering online was super easy and the flowers were delivered within 2 hours! I was a little bit surprised when the flowers didn't look exactly like that picture that I picked. (The color scheme was purple in the picture and that's why I picked them. Once delivered everything was very red instead of purple.) regardless of the color, the flowers and vase and bow were still beautiful and made a "Wow" impression.

At first, I was worried because the preview photo sent prior to delivery was lackluster. (I would recommend working on taking well lit preview photos.) However, the recipient loved them and sent me a few pictures. They looked even better than the stock photo! She sent me another photo the next day excited about the new blooms. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
