The picture and the actual flowers delivered didn't match. The flowers were great quality, but the arrangement itself seemed less full than expected. Our administrative assistants liked them, but we were a little disappointed in the quality to price point.

We upgraded the "Pretty Please" arrangment as we did not have the pink alstromeria we added 3 purple roses to each arrangment , we made the arrnamgnet all aroung and not one sided and adding an extra stems of each flower. The arrangement was in a slender vase and we gave you a larger one.
3 stems of daisey instead of one stem, extra stem of hot pink spray roses, we filled your $60.00 arrnamgnet to full value with fresh flowers.

I chose modern design which is why I chose Busy Bee because I liked what I saw, a square glass container would have been a better replacement, instead you sent an old lady looking vase. This cost $111 dollars, very disappointed should have used Winston flowers so I knew what I was getting, if you change the container that much you should check with the buyer

The arrangement came to the funeral home with no tag on it. It was also the incorrect arrangement. Looks absolutely opposite of the picture. All the colors were wrong. They used too much green filler. We are very upset with it. I was given a little attitude when I brought this to their attention.

That day was a cold day and we wrapped the arrangement in plastic, in order for the driver to know where an arrangement is going we attached the tag to the plastic. What probably happened was the funeral home did not attach the tag to the flowers, but we did immeadiately bring a tag to the funeral home. The flower arrangement calls for 1 pink hydrangea, 18 roses, 7 spray roses, 12 chrysanthemums, 5 chrysanthemum spray, 2 stems of wax flowers, 1 stem pittosporum variegated,3 yards ribbon, 18 inch oasis and the wire easel.
On our website it states that substitutions will be made if flowers are unavailable and we feel we added extra flowers to the arrangement.
We are sorry that you were unhappy with it.

The recipient of our flowers sent a photo of the flowers you delivered and we were completely underwhelmed. Very disappointed. We paid extra to add extra flowers for a fuller looking arrangement. The arrangement sent was a paltry imitation of what your website shows. Large spaces between flowers. Very few 'citrus' colors...instead bright red roses which we don't consider 'citrus' color, too many carnations, very little fill in with greens. We were embarrassed when we saw the photo our friend's husband sent. The recipient is in hospice at home, dying of pancreatic cancer. We are saddened and appalled by the flowers that you sent.

At times we have to substitute flowers, we do fill our orders to full value with fresh flowers. The arranmgent included hydrangeas, delphinium, succulents and roses. in pastel colors. We are sorry you did not like the arrangment.

The flowers from Busy Bee are gorgeous, and my mom loved them. I first ordered flowers for my mom's birthday a few years ago, and every year since then I get a reminder from Busy Bee to order flowers for her, which has generally been appreciated. HOWEVER, this year the reminders started early and continued relentlessly, EVEN AFTER I HAD PLACED MY ORDER! It was pretty annoying. On top of that, the site was being unreliable and often wouldn't load as my sister and I tried to pick the best arrangement. Finally I caught it on a good day and was able to order the flowers, but I very nearly went to a different shop. I hope these problems can be fixed before Mom's birthday rolls around again next year.

I was really worried about using an online ordering system for a local delivery for a birthday gift for a friend. But it was easy, direct, and it HAPPENED on the day I put the order in. Busy Bee sent emails every step of the way. I actually called and left a message and noone called me back, which is why I went to the online system, with some trepidation. I should have started with the online and saved myself the worry. My friend received her succulent garden on her birthday, right on time. Hurray for Busy Bee Flowers!

The price for the arrangment is 119.95, 12 delivery, 7.50 tax total is 138.45. This is a table arrangement ment to be taken home by the family. The picture of the arrangement is taken as one sided and we made ours all around.

I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day, hoping my spouse would be able to enjoy them all day. Unfortunately we ended up waiting around all day for them. The flowers didn’t get delivered until 6:15pm, when the day was almost over and we were getting ready for dinner. Also- the delivery person left the flowers outside in the freezing cold, despite the fact that we had put a sign on the door saying to leave them inside the door (where it’s warm). Lastly and worst, the bouquet was wrapped in a way that a portion of the flowers were crushed and needed to be thrown out.

Do not use! My mom didn't get her flowers on Mother's Day and I didn't find out until a couple of days later after I got an email about a refund. Apparently there was some sort of delivery issue and they never called or emailed me to let me know so that we could try to fix it. Unbelievable.

The flowers were to be delivered by 11am. They arrived only by about 3pm. I called several times and was sent to an answering machine and nobody ever returned my call. At 2 I asked to just cancel the order and refund my order. At around 3pm the neighbor at the other door said flowers were delivered for the person I ordered them for. This after I wrote detailed directions on exactly where to deliver them and which door to use. The flowers were nice (hence 2 stars and not 1 star) but I would never use them again after the horrendous customer service.

The delivery was extremely fast. because BloomNation does not show the different between the three price options and the equivalent size, I was surprised how small the bouquet was. I wish I could leave a better review but this was a total let down. Flowers that arrived looked absolutely nothing like this photo. This was particularly annoying since I paid extra for “premium.” Got a few roses shoved into a bowl that was not arranged at all like what was advertised. When delivered, the flowers didn’t even come with the birthday card I wrote for my mom so she didn’t even know they were from me. Cost over $200, but not at all what I was expecting. I typically rely on 1-800 Flowers or FTD. This time I thought I would shop local to support my community. I placed my order 10 days before the delivery date. At 3:10pm on the delivery date I received a voice mail from Busy Bee Florists that my delivery would not be made until Monday. No rationale was provided. I hope my order does get delivered, but I will not use Busy Bee ever again. It is unfortunate as I would have understood supply chain issues, but that call should have come before the delivery date so I would have had time to make alternate arrangements. No customer service.

Ordering flowers that you will never see can be tricky; the recipient will always graciously thank you regardless of the quality and condition of the arrangement. I had a weird experience with the delivery. I sent these flowers to my girlfriend and received a confirmation email saying that they were delivered at 4:00pm on 9/1. However, they didn't end up arriving until 11:30pm. Not only do I find it weird that they were delivered so much later than the confirmation email said, I also find it extremely weird that they were delivered so late at night. My girlfriend and I were both pretty freaked out by that.

She went on and on about the uniqueness of each flower in the arrangement, the artistry of the design, the lovely color combination, saying that the designer must have studied art along the line. Even her neighbor was marveling at them. The arrangement was true to the picture! They delivered just as they said they would, next day, close to the time range I specified! I had first tried an 800# floral delivery and they didn't deliver on the day they said they would! There was overseas customer service calling back and forth sounding unsure of themselves, I cancelled that order completely, I'm too busy and honestly wouldn't trust the 800# company ever again, and it got me to dig a little deeper online for a local florist that I could call and speak to if I ever needed to. My mom is 89 and I am over 3000 miles away, I was so relieved. This couldn't have been a better experience during this trying time of Covid. I am so thankful that these flowers put a smile on her face. We are so glad to have found Busy Bee!

Yes, I placed my order on sunday May 10 hoping it would get to the receiver the next day but it didn’t. As it said in check out it will arrive the next day. I tried to call no one was picking up the phone I even sent an email finally the flowers came 2 days late than the expected date. I will never order from Busy Bee florists again and highly recommend that no one utilize their services. I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday (May 9). They were not delivered until the following day, May 10. I was not given any notice of a delay. I called and no one picked up. I left a voicemail and no one responded. The flowers were delivered the afternoon of May 10, and then on May 11, I received a delivery confirmation saying they were delivered at 4:00 PM on May 9 (which is not true). I do not support business that are dishonest, and Busy Bee Florists is a dishonest business that should be shut down by the City of Newton or the State of Massachusetts. I would give zero stars if possible.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review! We are sorry to hear that you were so unhappy. We strive to make our customers happy however, under the circumstances of this pandemic and where we were under a lock down, there were many obstacles to overcome. I am a small business and all of my employees left due to the stay home order. I found temporary help the week of Mother's Day. We worked extremely hard to get orders filled despite our Bloom Nation network not shutting down their end as we stopped orders on our end. By Thursday, we were overwhelmed with orders coming through after we shut down the network that had to be cancelled, as we received over 100 orders for Mother's Day already. Everything pretty much went smoothly with the exception of our fresh flower deliveries we get daily from our wholesaler. Because of the pandemic, the floral culture industries had many delays to our orders also due to the pandemic and flowers that they had to destroy due to the lock down and could not fill our orders. With those cancellations and delays from our wholesalers, we delivered all orders with only some minor delays. After 33 years of being in the community our loyal customers were very understanding due to the circumstances and they were extremely happy that we were able to deliver beautiful Mother's Day flowers.

I didn’t see this arrangement personally, but the person we sent it to called us and raved about how them. She said it was the most beautiful she has ever seen with the hydrangeas and roses etc. She was so thrilled and that is surely a compliment. Thanks for your great job, it’s much appreciated!

When I placed this order I stipulated that if this order could not be delivered by 10:00am to please let me know. The delivery notification I received from you said that the delivery was accepted at 4:00pm. The viewing hours and service for Shirley Hiltz were from 10:00 am to 12 noon. Therefore the family was nowhere to be found when they were delivered. I live out of state and wanted the family to know I was thinking of them. I am very disappointed in your services.

I loved this particular arrangement and the color combinations when I saw it on line- but even better- Ellen said it was really beautiful. It was also really nice to get an e-mail that it had been delivered- unlike other florists so you never know unless the person thanks you. Pricing and delivery charges are reasonable also. Super late delivery, oversized ho-hum vase, arrangement had more greens than flowers, some of the flowers had brownish curling edges. Had to make multiple, multiple calls, assured flowers would be there in 30 mins which turned into 3+ hours. Would never use again.

I understand sometimes the arrangements won’t be exact, but the flowers received were absolutely nothing like the picture. I chose it because blue is my Mom’s favorite color. What we received was mostly purple. I wish I would have been contacted before substitutions were made. Lastly, I ordered the premium but the bouquet was average. This is my first and last time ordering from here.

The arrangement was beautiful ,the delivery time was great,but the vase was not the twin hearts it was a rather plain red glass. P.S My wife did not take it out of the box until she brought it home, and indeed it was in fact in the double heart vase not just a plain red glass as it was described to me over the phone. I suppose in her excitement over receiving the arrangement she was blinded by the beauty of the flowers and not concerned with what they were sitting in.

I ordered the health nut basket for my sister's first day of school. My sisters and I have been ordering a plant or flowers for my sister for at least the past 8 years. She has always been excited with her plant/flowers. She said the basket was nice this year. I asked her to send me a picture of the basket. I was not impressed there were less items than what was in the picture and I paid extra for a deluxe basket. I contacted my sister and asked what was in her basket, she said a small plant, one small bag of nuts and 3 apples. Again very disappointed and I will not be using Busy Bee again.

The order was very seamless and the bouquet was gorgeous. Only thing was was that in the letter I had written that was attached when I came to sign my name I wrote "yours" and it was printed on the card as "ypours". I rechecked what I wrote to make sure it wasn't a typo and it wasn't. Unfortunately the letter was just a little off. But besides that, very nice!

The delivery took more than five hours (shop is within 2 miles of destination). Order placed in the 9am hour and delivered in the 3pm hour.
Also had upgraded two levels to the "premium" package, but based on the photos my wife shared I would have been better served just taking her to a $30 lunch. Waste of money to upgrade.
For a $200 order, you'd expect much nicer touches.

My wife Loved these! I sent them on her Birthday to her work. Your web sight looks different. I tried to log in, and I couldn't. The old web sight was nice because it saved all of my addresses and card info. Also I liked that you could accumulate points for future discounts. You always send Beautiful flowers!

I placed an order for Mother's Day delivery on Mother's Day 5/14 at the restaurant she works at. At 11pm the night before I got an email saying the flowers had been delivered. I was extremely upset by this and it sent me into a panic. I ordered flowers expecting for it to be care free, delivered on the actual day. There was no notice, was very unprofessional and lazy and I would not use this company again.

I was very disappointed. I paid extra for the largest, fullest size and it was sparse and contained more carnations and fewer roses than the picture showed.
Busy Bee typically does a great job, not so with this one.
