Very disappointed. Paid for Premium flower arrangement to celebrate mother-in-law's 80th Birthday and instead she received an arrangement smaller than the Standard size. I have been a customer of Busy Bee for several years now, but will never order flowers from them again unless I receive a refund for this past order.

(though there is only one front screen porch- as specified in delivery directions). On 5-12-24 I responded to Bloom Nation/Busy Bee (2x), explaining this same thing- and asking for a full refund if they could not deliver the arrangement by EOD 5-13-24. I've heard NOTHING from them in response.

The picture and the actual flowers delivered didn't match. The flowers were great quality, but the arrangement itself seemed less full than expected. Our administrative assistants liked them, but we were a little disappointed in the quality to price point.

3 stems of daisey instead of one stem, extra stem of hot pink spray roses, we filled your $60.00 arrnamgnet to full value with fresh flowers.

I chose modern design which is why I chose Busy Bee because I liked what I saw, a square glass container would have been a better replacement, instead you sent an old lady looking vase. This cost $111 dollars, very disappointed should have used Winston flowers so I knew what I was getting, if you change the container that much you should check with the buyer

The arrangement came to the funeral home with no tag on it. It was also the incorrect arrangement. Looks absolutely opposite of the picture. All the colors were wrong. They used too much green filler. We are very upset with it. I was given a little attitude when I brought this to their attention.

What probably happened was the funeral home did not attach the tag to the flowers, but we did immeadiately bring a tag to the funeral home. The flower arrangement calls for 1 pink hydrangea, 18 roses, 7 spray roses, 12 chrysanthemums, 5 chrysanthemum spray, 2 stems of wax flowers, 1 stem pittosporum variegated,3 yards ribbon, 18 inch oasis and the wire easel.
On our website it states that substitutions will be made if flowers are unavailable and we feel we added extra flowers to the arrangement.
We are sorry that you were unhappy with it.

The order was not delivered as promised on December 31. Instead a Xmas/New Year’s themed bouquet was delivered in the afternoon of January 2 despite two (!) prior, written requests to cancel the order.

The recipient of our flowers sent a photo of the flowers you delivered and we were completely underwhelmed. Very disappointed. We paid extra to add extra flowers for a fuller looking arrangement. The arrangement sent was a paltry imitation of what your website shows. Large spaces between flowers. Very few 'citrus' colors...instead bright red roses which we don't consider 'citrus' color, too many carnations, very little fill in with greens. We were embarrassed when we saw the photo our friend's husband sent. The recipient is in hospice at home, dying of pancreatic cancer. We are saddened and appalled by the flowers that you sent.

The flowers from Busy Bee are gorgeous, and my mom loved them. I first ordered flowers for my mom's birthday a few years ago, and every year since then I get a reminder from Busy Bee to order flowers for her, which has generally been appreciated. HOWEVER, this year the reminders started early and continued relentlessly, EVEN AFTER I HAD PLACED MY ORDER! It was pretty annoying. On top of that, the site was being unreliable and often wouldn't load as my sister and I tried to pick the best arrangement. Finally I caught it on a good day and was able to order the flowers, but I very nearly went to a different shop. I hope these problems can be fixed before Mom's birthday rolls around again next year.

I was really worried about using an online ordering system for a local delivery for a birthday gift for a friend. But it was easy, direct, and it HAPPENED on the day I put the order in. Busy Bee sent emails every step of the way. I actually called and left a message and noone called me back, which is why I went to the online system, with some trepidation. I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day, hoping my spouse would be able to enjoy them all day. Unfortunately we ended up waiting around all day for them. The flowers didn’t get delivered until 6:15pm, when the day was almost over and we were getting ready for dinner. Also- the delivery person left the flowers outside in the freezing cold, despite the fact that we had put a sign on the door saying to leave them inside the door (where it’s warm). Lastly and worst, the bouquet was wrapped in a way that a portion of the flowers were crushed and needed to be thrown out.

The flowers were to be delivered by 11am. They arrived only by about 3pm. I called several times and was sent to an answering machine and nobody ever returned my call. At 2 I asked to just cancel the order and refund my order. At around 3pm the neighbor at the other door said flowers were delivered for the person I ordered them for. This after I wrote detailed directions on exactly where to deliver them and which door to use. The flowers were nice (hence 2 stars and not 1 star) but I would never use them again after the horrendous customer service.

I typically rely on 1-800 Flowers or FTD. This time I thought I would shop local to support my community. I placed my order 10 days before the delivery date. At 3:10pm on the delivery date I received a voice mail from Busy Bee Florists that my delivery would not be made until Monday. No rationale was provided. I hope my order does get delivered, but I will not use Busy Bee ever again. It is unfortunate as I would have understood supply chain issues, but that call should have come before the delivery date so I would have had time to make alternate arrangements. No customer service.

Luckily we had another family member there to report back. We had sent a bouquet from a different source first and unfortunately it was an act of throwing away money. I had a weird experience with the delivery. I sent these flowers to my girlfriend and received a confirmation email saying that they were delivered at 4:00pm on 9/1. However, they didn't end up arriving until 11:30pm. Not only do I find it weird that they were delivered so much later than the confirmation email said, I also find it extremely weird that they were delivered so late at night. My girlfriend and I were both pretty freaked out by that.

There was overseas customer service calling back and forth sounding unsure of themselves, I cancelled that order completely, I'm too busy and honestly wouldn't trust the 800# company ever again, and it got me to dig a little deeper online for a local florist that I could call and speak to if I ever needed to. My mom is 89 and I am over 3000 miles away, I was so relieved. This couldn't have been a better experience during this trying time of Covid. I am so thankful that these flowers put a smile on her face. We are so glad to have found Busy Bee!

We called the shop 29 times on Friday and left a message not to deliver them because the brothers had both tested positive for Covid so we had to postpone the funeral. Yes, I placed my order on sunday May 10 hoping it would get to the receiver the next day but it didn’t. As it said in check out it will arrive the next day. I tried to call no one was picking up the phone I even sent an email finally the flowers came 2 days late than the expected date. I will never order from Busy Bee florists again and highly recommend that no one utilize their services. I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday (May 9). They were not delivered until the following day, May 10. I was not given any notice of a delay. I called and no one picked up. I left a voicemail and no one responded. The flowers were delivered the afternoon of May 10, and then on May 11, I received a delivery confirmation saying they were delivered at 4:00 PM on May 9 (which is not true). I do not support business that are dishonest, and Busy Bee Florists is a dishonest business that should be shut down by the City of Newton or the State of Massachusetts. I would give zero stars if possible.

By Thursday, we were overwhelmed with orders coming through after we shut down the network that had to be cancelled, as we received over 100 orders for Mother's Day already. Everything pretty much went smoothly with the exception of our fresh flower deliveries we get daily from our wholesaler. Because of the pandemic, the floral culture industries had many delays to our orders also due to the pandemic and flowers that they had to destroy due to the lock down and could not fill our orders. With those cancellations and delays from our wholesalers, we delivered all orders with only some minor delays. After 33 years of being in the community our loyal customers were very understanding due to the circumstances and they were extremely happy that we were able to deliver beautiful Mother's Day flowers.

When I placed this order I stipulated that if this order could not be delivered by 10:00am to please let me know. The delivery notification I received from you said that the delivery was accepted at 4:00pm. The viewing hours and service for Shirley Hiltz were from 10:00 am to 12 noon. Therefore the family was nowhere to be found when they were delivered. I live out of state and wanted the family to know I was thinking of them. I am very disappointed in your services.

The arrangement was beautiful ,the delivery time was great,but the vase was not the twin hearts it was a rather plain red glass. P.S My wife did not take it out of the box until she brought it home, and indeed it was in fact in the double heart vase not just a plain red glass as it was described to me over the phone. I ordered the health nut basket for my sister's first day of school. My sisters and I have been ordering a plant or flowers for my sister for at least the past 8 years. She has always been excited with her plant/flowers. She said the basket was nice this year. I asked her to send me a picture of the basket. I was not impressed there were less items than what was in the picture and I paid extra for a deluxe basket. I contacted my sister and asked what was in her basket, she said a small plant, one small bag of nuts and 3 apples. Again very disappointed and I will not be using Busy Bee again.

Only thing was was that in the letter I had written that was attached when I came to sign my name I wrote "yours" and it was printed on the card as "ypours". I rechecked what I wrote to make sure it wasn't a typo and it wasn't. Unfortunately the letter was just a little off. But besides that, very nice!

The delivery took more than five hours (shop is within 2 miles of destination). Order placed in the 9am hour and delivered in the 3pm hour.
Also had upgraded two levels to the "premium" package, but based on the photos my wife shared I would have been better served just taking her to a $30 lunch. Waste of money to upgrade.

I placed an order for Mother's Day delivery on Mother's Day 5/14 at the restaurant she works at. At 11pm the night before I got an email saying the flowers had been delivered. I was extremely upset by this and it sent me into a panic. I ordered flowers expecting for it to be care free, delivered on the actual day. There was no notice, was very unprofessional and lazy and I would not use this company again.
