The flowers were pretty. I was expecting a big Mylar ballon as described when ordered but instead was given a small ballon on a stick stuck into the flowers bouquet.

We apologize for the large mylar balloon not being included in your order and should have called to inform you that we are currently out of helium and it would have to be a balloon on a stick. Thank you for your understanding and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience!
