I sent this to a friend after her sister passed sway and she loved it. She said it’s full of beautiful succulents and was very well done. I had ordered Bithday flowers to be delivered Wednesday to my friend in Reddick Fla. I'm in Michigan . She never received them so when I called that so called florist they said didn't have the flowers so CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. It was lunchtime on Valentines Day and I had not yet had time to get my flowers. I ran to Buds & Blossoms, whom of course, was extremely busy. But as always, they came though again with flying colors, finding some beautiful roses and putting them into a gorgeous arrangement. My wife was thrilled, and we had a wonderful Valentines Day. Terrible! You did not deliver the order. I tried to call multiple times and was hung up on every time. This was for my nieces 16th birthday party and you failed to provide any service at all. You need to cancel now and issue a refund.

B&B went out of their way to get things done. Delivered slightly out of area, and on a busy day. They even went and got the right flowers, added in some requested colors. I ordered flowers the day before my mom’s birthday to be delivered. I got a call from a lady at 4:15pm saying she wasn’t sure she could get the flowers delivered by 5pm and asked if next day would be ok. I politely told her I’d prefer them be delivered today. At 7pm she finally called my parents and said she could deliver the flowers. She did deliver, but at 7pm at night. It would’ve been nice had she delivered sometime in the morning hours. Just seemed unorganized and unprofessional. Flower arrangement was decent.

I had placed an order with another florist only to receive a last minute email that they couldn't fill my order. Since the arrangement was for Easter and were to be delivered to my extremely ill son, I panicked and contacted Buds & Blossoms. Ordered a Dieffenbachia for a teachers desk. Received a call from the Florist suggesting a Money Tree Plant instead. Wasn't really sure what that would look like - just assured that it is easier to take care of.

I loved this little shop for years. It used to be the “ little shop down the street “ when I used to live in Citra. I have used them for 6 or 7 years now since I moved away to deliver flowers and plants to my mother in law, at both Mothers Day and her birthday. She nor I have ever been disappointed. The item sent looks nothing like what was ordered at all. They did attempt to make it right, and sent out another bouquet, that was an "upgrade". Unfortunately that did not look like the one ordered either. I have used this business for all of my floral needs for years, and sadly do not think I will again in the future.

The flowers were delivered one day early than expected. They were the wrong bouquet so I called and explained to them the situation. The manager came on the phone and I re-explained the situation and was told they would correct asap. The new (original) bouquet order was delivered a few hours later.
Overall, the service and the condition of the flowers were great. Thank you for fixing the problem and will continue to use your shop to send flowers from states away!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
