Beautiful arrangement designed for my mom’s birthday celebration! Designers Choice was the way to go - they definitely picked the most beautiful flowers available. My mom said these flowers made her feel so loved! They were also extra careful with the delivery (thanks Kari!) making sure someone was there to get them.

One suggestion. When someone selects the florist choice, there should be a spot to leave additional details. Such as the reason for the flowers, the gender of the recipient and how long the flowers are intended for. In my case the recipient is traveling in 2 days so they will most likely be left behind. Just a thought. But I am very happy with the delivery and so was the recipient

Visited the BTF website on a Sunday night, needing a bouquet delivered the next morning for an important event. Made the transaction, and gave a single sentence "instructions to the florist" note at the time made payment. The next morning, about 9:30 am, I receive a confirmation the arrangement had been delivered, and a separate email with a photo of the purchased bouquet. Expeditious, communicative, and professional. I ordered some flowers online for my wife's birthday to be delivered to her at work. I received a call from Brunswick and the said they were waiving the delivery fee because they were very close and they would just walk them to her. Once they delivered them they sent me a picture of the flowers. Very friendly and I have never had a picture taken of the delivered product. Awesome job.

We live in Burlington, NC and have used your florist twice now to have flowers delivered to family at St. James Plantation in Southport. My husband sent me and my sister flowers while we were visiting Southport earlier this year and the arrangement was GORGEOUS! I sent the Peachy Keen arrangement to my niece yesterday and everyone couldn't stop talking about how beautiful it was! The colors were stunning and the light pink vase was darling! It really is a unique flower arrangement. The online ordering was a piece of cake and I called the next morning just to confirm when it would be delivered and the female I spoke with was so kind and helpful. To be honest, I am upset about the arrangement. This does not match what I thought I was purchasing based on your website photos.
A family member died and I purchased these as sympathy flowers. I feel the bright orange ribbon and the butterfly are therefore inappropriate. They look like they would be more suited to a birthday arrangement. I would have chosen a different option had there been any indication that those would be added.
In addition, the peace lilly is missing from the arrangement, and it does not appear that another plant was substituted. I paid for the deluxe version and the arrangement does not appear deluxe when compared to the website photo.
I do appreciate that the order was delivered quickly and that you have the ability to deliver to bald head island. I am however frustrated that this doesn't really look like a sympathy arrangement given the random bright additions and the missing flowers.

So sorry you were not happy with the plant garden that we sent. Please know that it was to the proper value (we order our dish gardens pre-made and price to reflect our cost). This one was in a real glazed ceramic dish edged with gold, which is why the designer chose to compliment with a gold bow (not the orange which it appeared deceptively to show in the photo). We are often asked to use butterflies for funeral arrangements, but realize now that it was an unfortunate choice for you. Also there was indeed a peace lily included but was hidden in the back of the full-sided grouping. Each garden is unique. Please know that we want your satisfaction; what would you like us to do at this point?

Was a bit taken back that the florist did not call before delivery as I requested. They would have discovered that the address I had was wrong, since they just moved into their new house in the same development. All they had to do was make a call as instructed! I am mystified by this review as we did exactly as requested by the sender and called the recipient prior to delivery and were given a different address. Our driver handed the flowers to them personally. It seems there must be some misunderstanding as the recipient seemed extremely pleased and asked the driver to wait so she could give her a tip. I spoke with the recipient personally to confirm this.
