Brooklyn Blooms draws inspiration from fashion, nature, and art while using flowers as the medium. Mixing textures, colors, and silhouettes applies to arranging flowers just as much as it applies to creating the perfect look. We believe that everyone is an individual and deserves to have florals tailored just for them, even down to the vessel! By using curated seasonal blooms in interesting found vases we create “beautiful things out of beautiful things” with you in mind.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (347) 378-2114, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

I ordered a bouquet from Brooklyn Blooms for the first time this weekend, and I was truly blown away by the quality and beauty of their designs!
The bouquet was so lively and dynamic, packed with blooms, and clearly put together with care. This is obviously a shop run by people who are true designers, no careless cookie cutter mixes here!
The price is also great for what they are offering. A lot of higher end floral design shops are charging more for less. Cannot recommend enough!

Very easy ordering process, especially as I was ordering from UK for NYC delivery and sometimes that can be difficult.
The quality of the bouquet delivered was outstanding, using in-season and relevant flowers. I ordered for Valentine’s Day so the bouquet was adapted from the picture of the Sweet & Petite bouquet on the site. The care taken to adapt this bouquet to something Valentine’s Day related was exceptional.

I had sent an email regarding my purchase not matching the picture the day after we received the flowers. Later that day I noticed many of the flowers were already dying. I have not to receive a response to my email.

I ordered the Marcy for Valentines, the premium version. It honestly was a let down. It was quite a bit smaller than the picture on the website, and really looked nothing like it in terms of flower selection. The bouquet ended up being heavy on pink roses and lilies. I can understand that flower selection can vary based on availability, and may have been influenced by the Valentine’s holiday. But this was a completely different bouquet than what I thought I was getting. Much smaller, and not the vibrant colors and unique flowers I saw advertised.
In addition the flowers did not seem to be of the best quality. The roses were dropping petals on the day it was delivered and have gone rapidly downhill since.
Finally, the delivery person left the bouquet out in front of the recipient’s apartment building, after calling her cell phone a few times. The recipient was home and was able to retrieve the bouquet, but I would have preferred the deliver person at least ring the doorbell so the flowers could be put in the building lobby, safe from the elements etc.

Hello, I ordered the Bamboo Blooms collection, specifically the Sutter. The online delivery time frame stated 11 am to 5 pm, but the delivery occurred around 6 pm. It's understandable because of the impact of the holiday season.
The Sutter in the picture features a transparent vase, whereas we received a white vase, altering the intended style. The transparent vase showcases the bamboo roots, adding charm to the arrangement, which is unfortunately lost with the white vase.
Regarding the flowers, I acknowledge that variations may occur due to seasonal availability, as indicated before purchase. However, I expected the flower arrangement to maintain a similar shape to the advertised picture. Disappointingly, the arrangement we received is smaller in every direction we look at, and the bamboo appears awkwardly placed, lacking the flow and connection to the rest of the flowers, resembling a Christmas tree in the middle of the desert. The demo picture displayed flowers emanating from various angles, providing an exquisite character, elegance, and proportion to the arrangement. The absence of this in the delivered arrangement reduced its charm, class, and touch.
The leafs at the bottom of the arrangement in the demo picture is what gives it depths and of course proportion. It may not seem like much but it does change the outcome. The leaf in the demo is long and wide to announce how grand this arrangement is and to support the elegance of the flowers. We received leaves half the size or even smaller. It's disappointing to see such a beautiful arrangement online and receive a complete different arrangement, especially for a surprise birthday gift.

Seamless ordering and pick up experience. I called ahead to confirm if the bouquet was ready and when I would be stopping by the shop. The staff were friendly and professional, and I was in and out quickly. The recipient loved the bouquet and I think it's really great that she can enjoy this bouquet since it's dried for a really long time. I wanted to adjust some of the flowers so that their heads faced the front more, but otherwise thought the choice of colors and flowers were lovely! Glad you offer dried options.

My experience was excellent. However, I'm curious that this order was significant better than a similar order for $70 that I placed on June 2. The most recent order included a card and a small ceramic pot for the arrangement, whereas the order from June 2 was just wrapped in paper. I was satisfied with both orders but I did become curious about the inconsistency.

The crown was beautiful but one of the tie ribbons was broken so I had to fiddle around and fix it before I could wear the crown. In addition, the crown was less substantial than the one in photo. I understand the arrangements vary but I really liked the size and scale of the one pictured and the one I received felt smaller and like I got less for the price/value.

Bouquet was wonderful, but when I showed up to the shop at the time of pickup - no one was there. I called and was told that the person handling my order went to the other location, and would be back in 10 minutes with my order. When I returned later that day - about 2 hours later - my bouquet hadn't even been started yet.

Definitely disappointed at the size & freshness of this arrangement. It's a pretty bouquet but it's significantly smaller than what's pictured on the site, Lush & Large it is not. Seems about the size of the medium one (even on the small end of what the medium looks like on the site). Also it's drooping dramatically only half a day after delivery. The roses (of which there are 3) are definitely not very fresh, with petals already browning & wilting.
Really too bad as I thought I found a good florist in the neighborhood & the staff was super friendly & communicated well....but the bouquet itself is a bit of a let down.

Thank you for the time and efforts. I think it can be improved, or maybe it was my unlucky day. When I arrived later than the pick up time,it was just being made and it didn’t look anything like in the picture. I was already late and didn’t want to nag about it. The most challenging part was the packaging. The water leaked on my way, it was hard to fix due to staples.

Hello, I placed an order for the Chauncey Premium and what I received was significantly different than the picture you have on display. I understand that the arrangements vary depending on season; however what I got was nothing close to the photo and not to mention the size is much smaller. The photo you have displays the standard size…I ordered the premium which is supposed to enhance the arrangement for the ‘best presentation’. It is very misleading to give options of premium /standard etc when clearly there isn’t a difference. The standard option looks significantly better than the premium I received. Also, the height and dimension of the photo is substantially off. The choice of filler flowers and size was not premium quality and did not look better than the standard display you have on the site. This is extremely disappointing and sets such a bad tone for a weekend that I was meticulously planning for my friends birthday at a gallery. I’m requesting nothing less than a full refund. I hope you understand my frustration. Looking forward to your reply.

With that said, I chose this specifically for the vibe and structure. What arrived was an exceedingly generous interpretation of that. Blue sea holly that was spray painted gold with hot pink and mauve flowers?

I placed an order on a Thursday for a Friday delivery and unfortunately, they were not delivered until Saturday. I even called prior to placing the order to ensure they would be delivered by 5 pm Friday because it was going to a workplace and he confirmed it would be. Good evening. I was actually very disappointed and embarrassed when I arrived at our friends house to see the arrangement that I sent to them. It was much smaller than I thought and the flowers did not look very fresh. I apologized to the host and said that I will send her a dozen roses. I don’t think that I checked the height of the arrangement before I placed the order so this could be my mistake.

FLOWERS DID NOT ARRIVE. I placed an order for a premium arrangement on Feb 5, to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. The arrangement never arrived. NO NOTICE. NO EXPLANATION. NO APOLOGY. And most importantly — NO REFUND!!! Now I am having to chase down the refund. After the flowers never showed up and left me empty-handed on Valentine’s Day, this is insult to injury. I was in communication with the florist (as was the recipient) several times throughout the day, and they kept assuring us the flowers were still being delivered, even well into the nighttime. They also tried to get us to agree to receive them the day AFTER Valentine’s Day. In the end, the flowers just never showed up! Then the florist just went radio silent and didn’t even acknowledge that they failed to deliver as promised. Do yourself a favor and avoid this florist at all costs.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the bouquet my wife received. The flowers arrived shriveled and wilted. The condition of the bouquet is what I would expect the flowers to look like a week after receiving them.
I have purchased flowers multiple times from Blooms and have generally been happy with my experience. In this case, I would have been better off purchasing flowers from the bodega; they would have been a fifth of the price and the flowers would be in better condition.
After this experience, I will be looking elsewhere when it comes time to purchase another arrangement.

Arrangement was ordered around 11 am and it arrived around 6pm. The shop is about 5 blocks away from the delivery address. I called several times for an update on the delivery. First, I was told 90 minutes. After 90 minutes I was told 10-15 minutes and then I was told the driver was 3 stops away. Again, this shop is located approximately 5 blocks from the delivery address. The person on the phone was pleasant, unfortunately when the flowers finally arrived, they looked nothing like the arrangement on the website., not even remotely close.

I was disappointed in service. I am in Nebraska so relied on your store to make the delivery. But the flowers went somewhere else and my so had to make calls to get the ordered delivered later than I had hoped. And some of the flowers looked wilted in the picture they sent me. Disappointing.

Several of the flowers featured in this photo were missing and replaced with carnations. I appreciate the option for a same-day delivery, but in hindsight, I never would have chosen this option if I knew it would compromise on quality. I understand that some flowers may not be in stock and need to be swapped out, but they should be swapped with flowers of similar quality, texture, color, etc. that would help bring the vision of the photo to life. The ones we received were not it.

I live in Oregon so am not familiar with florists in Brooklyn. In comparing websites, Brooklyn Blooms had more interesting bouquets than others so I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. Website and delivery went well but I am so underwhelmed and disappointed in how the final arrangement came out. I thought going for premium would guarantee a knockout but it just looks cheap and odd. Even the vase was different. In general on a scale of 1-chic this did not impress me. First time last time.

The bouquet looked nice overall, but not all flowers were fresh (they clearly used leftovers that they had to throw away otherwise). They also altered it a bit from what is shown in the picture, which I guess is reasonable, but I personally did not like the alternations, especially the fact that they included no yellow in the bouquet which adds such a vital pop of color in the featured pic. I'd expect more for the price.

I always look for local, preferably women/women of color-owned businesses, so I'm delighted to find this shop. The flowers are gorgeous, and the designs unique and long-lasting. In an aside, the delivery person was really terrific - the arrangement was for a funeral and the church office was closed when he arrived. He stayed and found a security person who contacted the priest, and delivered to the rectory. What a great guy- so thoughtful to make sure the flowers arrived on time!

I love flowers and more importantly love sending flowers to loved ones. Therefore I was very excited to find this flower shop in my neighborhood and was looking forward to ordering a bouquet for friends in the neighborhood who were celebrating their anniversary. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the final product especially given the price of the bouquet. The arrangement was ok. The flowers were not the freshest and some were literally on their last leg. Our bouquet was not delivered until 8:00pm. There was no vase included, I was not aware that there would not be a vase. I requested certain flowers to be included and they were not. Brooklyn Blooms had great reviews and beautiful arrangements but we are so very disappointed with the service we have received. After reaching out to the boutique several times through email and phone, 5 days after the expected delivery, the delivery still hasn’t been done. I called yesterday, spoke with a sales associate and he apologized for the inconvenience and assured us the bouquet would be delivered and they would upgrade our purchase for the inconvenience. They reached out to our friends yesterday to schedule a delivery and again, never showed up. I had to call again this morning, they apologized a second time and said there was no excuse to give besides they have been busy. I was told the manager would reach out to us for a refund and we are awaiting that call.

The flowers arrived when expected so delivery was good. But the bouquet delivered in comparison to what’s pictured was very disappointing. The delivered bouquet has about half the volume and half the flowers of what the website picture shows and didn’t even have all the same flowers pictured. Delivery person was a little opaque on the phone with the recipient. Rather then say “I’m here to deliver flowers”, they only told the recipient that she had to come to the door, and insisted that they “couldn’t leave the package” which the recipient wasn’t expecting. when I saw they flowers they were a little frumpled. The last time I ordered from you, the recipient was really impressed by the bouquet - which was a smaller arrangement. This time it looked like something from the grocery store: some of the larger blooms were sagging and starting to wilt.

I am so sad about this experience. These flowers were meant to be a meaningful way for us to acknowledge our daughter's birthday when we could not be there in person. I chose Brooklyn Blooms because they are within walking distance of where she lives. The flowers were not delivered until after 9 pm that night. I placed the order in the morning for next day delivery in Brooklyn and it wasn't delivered the evening the following night. When I called to inquire about the status of the order, the person I spoke with sounded distracted and pretty uncaring that the delivery still hadn't gone out -- like it's business as usual for next day deliveries to not be delivered the next day. Then when I saw the photograph of the arrangement after delivery, the flowers were completely different that one pictured and the (I'm sorry but ugly) vase was totally different as well. I did not like the flowers at all. In my request I specifically said no Yellow flowers and there was a Yellow flower. I sent a link with a picture of the concept I was going for and it wasn't even in the ballpark. I wasn't able to pick it up because I live several hours away and sent someone else, by the time I got a clear picture of what it looked like it was too late.
You don't have both of your addresses on your website so that was also frustrating.

Flowers were beautiful but they delivered really late in the day and just dumped the delivery in the lobby of the building (vs calling the recipient or ringing bell on the soetmenf). The friend I had sent it to only received it by accident when a nice neighbor noticed it and brought it up to her at 10pm at night. Very disappointing. The delivery was late and the arrangement was run of the mill I asked for dahlias and there weren’t any. For $100 the flowers used were not really special. This looked like a $50 arrangement to me

I ordered for same day delivery at 8:30 am and did not receive the flowers until 9 pm. I live a block and a half away from the store. I called twice during the day for status updates. I love the store but was very disappointed by the devilry time and communication. I do not think it was clear the flowers would arrive that late nor do I think it is a reasonable time for flowers. My daughter recently finished a 4 1/2 year Masters' RD degree from NYU so our family sent her flowers. The recipient really loved the bouquet, and from their photos it was gorgeous. However, in the photo online it included several statement sunflowers (which are my friends’ anniversary flower) this flower in particular drew me to this specific bouquet above all. When the bouquet was delivered there were no sunflowers though, and the delivered bouquet did not look very similar to the bouquet described on the website. I definitely plan to order again as the delivery was great, the pricing was competitive, however I would need to call and double check to ensure the statement flower included is the same as listed on the website.

Specifically ordered from this shop because it was only 2 blocks from the recipient. I do not understand why it took until 7:15pm for them to be delivered. The recipient had been home all day and had left for a night out by the time they were delivered. Because of this she did not receive them until midnight. When I called at 6:15 to politely ask about the status, the man I spoke with was very short with me and sounded annoyed that I even asked. Not to mention the bouquet looks almost nothing like the image. Barely any color and consists mostly of dull roses and carnations you can get from any local grocery store. Placed the order for pick up with time, and when I showed up I had to wait another 40 min before getting my order. The whole point of placing an order a week in advance is for pickup to be quick. The people attending were rude. They do not respect the customers time and kept calling me the wrong name. In addition, the product was underwhelming and overpriced. It looks nothing like the photo. The arrangements are really beautiful, however, I've been really disappointed with the service both times I've delivered. I understand we're in a whole panorama and it's a growing company but the late night deliveries are inconsiderate. It would go a long way if the shop could either have delivery windows or give a heads up on when customers should expect their purchases. Unbeknownst to me, she was out of the time on the day they were to be delivered. Brooklyn Blooms reached out when they were unable to reach her and I let them know she wasn't going to be back for 4 days. I was so bummed and figured at the very least they could deliver them and just leave them and maybe they wouldn't freeze (although they definitely would be because it's winter!). Instead, they right away offered to deliver them in four days when she was home with no extra charge!!!! I was blown away by their amazing customer service and willingness to go back with new flowers four days later. It was such a good feeling, that they really cared about my delivery. I will never use another flower service when sending flowers to friends in and around New York. My friend also said the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I have to say, having ordered many flowers before and one of our friends having worked as a florist for many years, we know flowers do not come as pictured. However, we really feel as though this picture was incredibly misleading and the flowers that arrived for our friend were not up to par. When she sent us a picture of what she received to thank us, we were all pretty shocked and disappointed. There’s very little color and not even all the buds that are there will bloom. I ordered two weeks in advance w/the request that bouquet be delivered in the morning. When I called day of, at 3pm, I was told it would be delivered around 5 or 6pm. The bouquet delivered did not resemble the photo of the one I ordered at all, completely different colors and flowers. The flower arrangement is beautiful. Smaller than what I expected for the price. There could be improvement in regards to communication as I was expecting the arrangement to be completed and it was not even started. I waited close to 2 hours for the flowers and there was barely any packaging. This was a gift to someone and I was not sure why it was wrapped in craft paper. I understand being eco friendly and I believe there are compostable packaging options that will make the presentation better. It was quite awkward delivering the flowers as presented.

I was incredibly disappointed and embarrassed with the sympathy arrangement that showed up a my grieving friend's doorstep. And even more disappointed that the owner of the shop offered no remedy to the situation -- in fact, they didn't even bother to reply.
I ordered the "Mother Gaston" - a simple, minimal and sleek arrangement but what was designed and delivered was a far deviation from what was pictured online. I understand that there's a "substitution policy" but in no way did the new arrangement reflect or preserve "the style, theme, or color scheme" of the original arrangement-- as their policy promises. Unfortunately, there was nothing luxe, modern or "sculpturally engaging" about the new arrangement, nor was it in the same aesthetic.
In fact, the aesthetic of The Mother Gaston is sleek and minimal with 2 styles of orchids but this arrangement was made with several varieties of flowers and greenery spilling out of an awkward vase straight out of the 80's.
Furthermore, there was no attempt by the florist to contact me to communicate that certain flowers were not available or that the overall design was being changed in such a drastic way.
The recipients who were grieving over the loss of their mother expressed that they were very confused to receive such an arrangement. I do not think that it was appropriate for a sympathy occasion which was clearly indicated in the order and within the enclosed note.
I paid close to $200 for this arrangement, including tax, delivery and tip and asked that they refund me for what I paid for the flowers. The owner offered no recourse when we spoke on the phone and had no response to a follow up email. I tried every avenue to resolve this before having to leave a bad review on a small business during these times.
However, customers are struggling too -- particularly when the money spent was with the intention of bringing peace, beauty and condolences to a grieving family. So meticulously arranged and full! The version we received is in a teapot with painted flowers that matches the hues of the blooms and gave the bouquet a really quaint, homey feel. Picture the old school brown paper, but stamped with BB’s logo, and a handwritten address. Inside the wrapping the flowers were tied in a dainty but durable bow to keep the arrangement together.
The flowers themselves arrived super perky, fresh and bright! It was a very chic arrangement with happy coloring and flowers I unfortunately cannot name. I highly recommend! Don’t hesitate. I will be back for sure.

I placed the order one day before I needed it to be delivered (super last minute!) and requested that the delivery arrive before 4pm. I was really surprised that I was able to successfully place the order with such little notice. Larger floral delivery services , like urbanstems, are not even offering same/next day delivery during Covid-19, so I was super happy that Brooklyn Blooms was able to save the day!! LaParis did an INCREDIBLE job with the bouquet. I can tell that each individual flower was picked for this specific arrangement based on its shape and color. I'm absolutely in love with the composition, the texture, and shape of the bouquet. This is the most personality I've ever seen in an arrangement, and definitely something that you wouldn't see from large retailers like The Bouqs (where I previously has a subscription), Urban Stems, or 1800 Flowers. They were obviously slammed with Mother's Day orders and I wish they had gotten in touch to let me know the timing of the delivery since it said I'd receive the flowers on Saturday and I hadn't received any updates as of 8:30pm - but I called them, left a message, and got a call back soon after letting me know that it was out for (late) delivery.
