Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (308) 872-2454, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (308) 872-2454 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Oh, how happy are we! I had the last-minute realization that flowers were exactly what was needed, and they needed to be brightly colored (the recipient has very little vision). The florist made the perfect selection, emailed me a photo (wow!), texted the recipient before making the delivery, then drove 16 miles (32 mi RT) to make the delivery anyway, because Mother's Day. Then sent me an email announcing "Success!". Days later, I'm still feeling happy about this 100% wonderful experience. I'll be back!

My only complaint is that the image shown on the website is not the standard flower arrangement, it’s one of the more expensive ones. The photos do not update with actual photos of arrangements based on price. I figured the picture shown was the lowest priced arrangement and they got more complex with price increase, this isn’t true.
But again the arrangement was still beautiful and worth the price :)
