Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

This shop and the staff really took care of me! I wanted to make my mom feel special on her birthday, so I placed an online order the night before. I had a custom request for the order, and the shop went above and beyond by calling me to confirm all the details, making the changes, and delivering the beautiful arrangement before lunch. They even emailed me a photo of the final product. My mom absolutely loved it and felt so cherished. STUNNING arrangement and perfect timing on delivery! We ordered 3 days after Valentine's Day and I was nervous this would be a tired looking arrangement of leftovers from Valentine's but our family member shared pictures of a GORGEOUS fresh floral arrangement and she was beyond thrilled! Highly recommend!!

Very pleased with the designers choice bouquet I ordered. It was beautiful. I appreciate the extra touch of sending a delivery confirmation email and especially the picture of the actual bouquet. Would definitely order from this florist again.
