It wasnt exactly like the picture but obviously it says the the product you receive may not be exact. It was missing the greenery.

I apologize for the greenery. I had to substitute for the ivy because it is not always available. And some distributors don’t carry it at all. So I used Parvifolia instead of the ivy. Unfortunately we have to do that on occasion because of availability.

I’ve been using Broadway Flowers for years to send my siblings gifts on their birthdays, as I live out of state, and I’ve always had such a great experience. The prices are affordable, especially for the smaller arrangements I usually buy. They always deliver on time and the arrangements are always way better than I expect. This arrangement in particular was my absolutely favorite, and perfect for my little sisters birthday.

Looked nothing like the picture. The accent flowers were still closed, there was no bow or ornament like the butterfly, and there was one sprig of greenery and Baby’s Breath. Really disappointed.

This arrangement was in fact delivered and the owner spoke with Mr. Berman and told him the arrangement was out for delivery. I spoke with my driver and she again confirmed delivery and said she had a great conversation with Ms. Crampton. It is my understanding that Mr. Berman had not heard from Ms. Crampton about the order.

I bought them to cheer up my grandma whose mom had passed away last year, it would have been her birthday. The best part was they sent a yellow rose when the picture showed pink or red, yellow roses was her mom's favorite flower. It's like the could read my mind. It was perfect and I'll defiantly come back to Broadway Flowers for any future flower orders that I might have.

10 out of 10 Would recommend. I ordered on a Saturday morning and they were delivered later that afternoon. They brought them all the way to Sayre. The flowers were perfect and the chocolate covered strawberries were delicious. My wife loved them. Will definitely be ordering from Broadway Flowers again!

The site says standard is the one pictured, I ordered premium which says added blooms and I received the one pictured. Also the colors were totally wrong. They did do right by changing blooms out to what the lady loved, yet still didn’t get what I payed for.

I was not impressed. First time I used Broadway Flowers & it will definitely be the last. I specifically put a note on my order stating I needed my arrangement to be delivered before 2:30 that day when I placed it at 10:00 that morning. I had to call at 2:45 asking where it was & why it wasn't done. I was told "they hadn't had a chance to look at their online orders yet for the day and was sorry" Asked if I still wanted it or my money back and I told them yes I still needed it because it was that girls last day at work and she was leaving at 3:00 as to why I needed it by 2:30. They showed up with it at 3:03. They kept apologizing but I won't be using them again. I shouldn't have to call to check on my order. Thanks.

Wonderful experience! Highly recommend, they were honest with me and let me know that due to weather conditions in another country where they get their flowers from, the delivery was delayed and while they could prepare an arrangement, it wouldn't be to the standards they prefer. I wasn't in a rush since it was just a "thinking of you" order so I waited till the following week and the arrangement was GORGEOUS!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
