About the Shop
Brittany Flowers is now an online only custom floral design studio located at www.brittanyflowers.com. You may order online with select days available for delivery. The calendar will tell you what days we are not available for delivery due to our event schedule.
We are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday, for events but can arrange to be available by appointment.
Please call and leave a message, we will promptly call you back. Please note that the call volume is quite high during major holidays, and it may be difficult to get through to us, so you may also place your order by email at brittanyflowers@gmail.com and call us with the credit card information if you do not like ordering online.
Our design studio is not open to the public but we specialize in weddings, parties, everyday floral work, special events…& even picnics and all types of custom arrangements!

Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I had a question about the flowers and they called for verification. The flowers were very fresh and just as they appeared online., which is sadly not always the case. And they were delivered on time as well. Could not have been nicer or easier. Highly recommend Brittany!
