Brittany Flowers of Kirkland
Brittany Flowers is now an online only custom floral design studio located at www.brittanyflowers.com. You may order online with select days available for delivery. The calendar will tell you what days we are not available for delivery due to our event schedule. We are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday, for events but can arrange to be available by appointment. Please call and leave a message, we will promptly call you back. Please note that the call volume is quite high during major holidays, and it may be difficult to get through to us, so you may also place your order by email at brittanyflowers@gmail.com and call us with the credit card information if you do not like ordering online. Our design studio is not open to the public but we specialize in weddings, parties, everyday floral work, special events…& even picnics and all types of custom arrangements! If it’s not in our area, I have a lot of friends in the floral design business, let me find you a good florist in your area. I was in the mountains literally super remote but was able to order these online. They did a beautiful job delivered to the restaurant punctually and the card was handwritten. I was provided a guarantee that if the recipient called they would keep my information confidential. Well, they didn't keep my information confidential and released my billing zip code to the recipient and she rather easily figured out who it was. Rather disappointed I was told my info would not be released and then immediately released info to the recipient.

I was quite disappointed when viewing the picture of my order. I had specifically stated that I wanted it ALL green and white, with the only red to be on live holly branches. I asked then for it to be white roses and white hydrangeas. I was assured that you had all those items in stock. I assumed when talking about holly that e we were meaning Christmas holly. Imagine my disappointment then in seeing nothing white, I.e., no white roses, no white hydrangeas and some kind of red berry, not holly. Very disappointed !

The arrangement was beautiful but the hand written note that was included was super unprofessional. Upon placing my online order, I received a mock up of the note to be included that looked like it was going to be printed out and was very elegant. The actual note included was hand written by someone with very bad hand writing and it really cheapened the whole look. Super disappointed by that.

Everything was perfect! I found Brittany’s Flowers online and relied on Yelp reviews as I am from out of state but wanted beautiful flowers delivered for my sisters 50th birthday. I even called the day of delivery to confirm the delivery time and they were right on top of the order and timing. About 30 minutes after I called I got an email with a picture of the arrangement I had picked online. At first I didn’t quite understand but then.....it clicked. She sent me a picture the arrangement she had just made for my sister and yes, it looked exactly liked what I had chosen online. Arrangement / delivery were all what was expected. Some of the flowers were a dying around the edges. I'd expect this from a Safeway bouquet but not a Florist. I understand there was an option for upgraded flowers, etc. but for $100 I did expect a bit better. They also didn't write my entire note on the card. But beautiful, wife loved it and overall happy.

Local delivery pricing was incredibly expensive. I can see their shop from the delivery address and it was still 15 bux! Flowers were nice and delivered early. My only complaint other than the delivery charge was the pre -delivery inspection photo was sent nearly 2 hrs after the flowers were delivered. All and all - its no different than any other place I've used. Would use again.
