Bristol Florist delivered again!!! After I placed my order, I received a call from the florist who stated that they didn’t have the pictured vase but could replace with another. I was fine with that and was thrilled when my wife showed me the arrangement that she received.

My cousin was very happy with her flower arrangement. She sent a picture to me and they were very pretty. However, I don’t understand why delivery fee was so high?

I received roses from my husband the same day for my birthday today. They are pretty but he said not what he ordered. He asked for multicolored and these are not.
Also he was charged a $10 delivery fee while I was charged $15. I don’t understand why the difference.

The Bristol florist should be the named the award winning florist of Bucks County. Their work is always- ALWAYS the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. easy to order on line. when calling to check my order very courteous and willing to help. My husband was very happy to get flowers for his birthday. very disappointed, especially for the $$$ I paid.
the least you could have done is ask the driver to deliver to a neighbor instead of leaving on the ground since it was FOOD.

When I arrived to pick up the basket, it looked nothing at all like the picture. The basket was clearly smaller than the picture (certainly not the upgraded size we paid for) and there were no pink flowers, or any flowers at all for that matter. (I guess that's the secret in the garden?) My co-workers and I picked this shop over others specifically because this basket pictured above would have been perfect for the co-worker we were buying it for. I complained to the woman who brought it out to me and showed her the picture and confirmation receipt of what we had actually purchased. She initially said that the flowers don't always match the pictures on their site, and when I complained that what she was handing me looked nothing at all like the picture, she agreed to add in some fresh flowers. The flowers were purple, not pink, and they didn't even have a pink ribbon as requested. Luckily my co-worker was happy with the basket she received, but those of us who paid a good amount for the arrangement pictured above were not. This will be our first and last purchase from this shop.

What my mother received, was not this. There were no roses. There were tulips and red carnations - wtf?! There were lilies but one of them had petals that were cut in half. At least the vase was nice. This arrangement which had flowers that were not mentioned, nor wanted, looked like it had been sitting on a store shelf for several days. This basket is always our "go to" for a sympathy occasion. It's different than your typical flower or fruit arrangement that are not always fresh and perish quickly. The people who have received this from our family always say how delicious the baked goods are. This basket has a great variety. The bags of the food are resealable so they can be frozen which is very nice. Very reasonable price for what you get. The delivery can be same day and is always quick. We love Bristol Florists and supporting small business!

I had a chance to see the basket. Pretty good except for the kcups. You used to put the one pot coffee packet into the mix. Not everyone has a Kuerig. I don’t just because I don’t like gumming up the environment anymore than it is with the plastic. Something to think about.

I was very disappointed with the fact that what I ordered for my mom did not look anything like the bouquet of roses..in fact the first delivery had no Rose's at all and it looked awful as if it was just pieced together..I called Bristol Florist and complained..they made another bouquet that was better than the first one..but it was still not what I ordered..I was told that they ran out of flowers..I had no choice but to accept the second one..if not my mom wouldn't get her flowers until 2 or 3 days after mothers day. I wont be ordering from Bristol Florist again..what a waste of a little over $50
