We stock an array of fresh flowers directly imported from Holland, France, Hawaii, South America and from other parts of the world. Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (424) 289-8186, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

They sent the flowers on the wrong day and ruined a major valentines day surprise I had planned for my wife. The bouquet itself was beautiful though it was quite different from the picture-- it had more yellowish flowers and the wrap wasn't as nice as the one in picture

In an all white bouquet they placed a dying white rose in the front. All the roses were clearly past their prime. If they don't have the adequate supplies they should bot offer the bouquet. Rather than saying something they passed it along to make it someone else's problem.

The online purchase allows to request approximate delivery time. This is the only time I had to call the shop to prompt them for delivery as the delivery was late than requested and I needed to leave home. (You can not leave home knowing flowers are being delivered and left out in the sun.) Brenda's responded quickly though. Flowers are beautiful.

Thankfully I came across Brenda’s Flowers and bonus they offered delivery. My mother said the vase was a bit heavy but that makes it sturdy in my case compared to the tall long vases. 1. I received an email telling me the bouquet had been delivered and it had not. I had to call the store. It was eventually delivered a couple hours later.

The reason I rated the experience as a 4 start was because of the delivery time. I originally called the week prior and confirmed that they could deliver the flowers first thing in the morning. They said to make a note online of it and they would make sure to get it out right away. The flowers, however, were delivered late morning and only after I called them and asked them about the delivery time.
Aside from the delivery time issue, the flowers were amazing and the ordering process was easy.
The reason I rated the experience as a 4 start was because of the delivery time. I originally called the week prior and confirmed that they could deliver the flowers first thing in the morning. They said to make a note online of it and they would make sure to get it out right away. The flowers, however, were delivered late morning and only after I called them and asked them about the delivery time.

Whenever I send flowers, I try to find a local florist, and I found Brenda's Flowers through a google search. I am very pleased with the entire experience. For 250 dollars, I expected something impressive, but some of the flowers were wilting, many hadn't bloomed, and some of the flowers were just different from what was described. There were roses instead of hydrangeas. The peonies were wilted and discolored. And instead of the tall black box in the picture and the description, it was a glass circular vase.
Also, the website gave the impression that the note would be printed, but instead it was written by the young man working on a little card right in front of me, which was awkward, given that it was kind of a personal note.
I would've been better off spending a quarter of what I spent on some nice roses.
I asked for a discount and I was given $40 cash back.
Still, won't be returning.

No resolution offered AT ALL. I was shocked and told him I wanted a refund. It was a special delivery and they treated it like no big deal.

Flowers delivered were nothing even close to what was ordered and shown on a picture. Received an email notifying me about some substitution in my arrangement but florist will try their best to match the overall style and feel of the arrangement. The only match I've got was the color combination. Three roses instead of five (as pictured) and very unpretty substitution. Not very happy with this arrangement.

What was received was not what was pictured. While the bouquet was still lovely, it was not what I wanted at all. The there were colors and flowers not listed in the description when I ordered online (i.e. blue, yellow, pink, and green). Also there was a cabbage (???) in the bouquet which is really odd and not at all what was advertised. I wouldn't order online, but I would likely go in person.
