My second order was late, like the first one, but this time no warning. The bouquet was almost nothing like the picture - iris, daffodils and crocus were ALL substituted, with a lot of cheap filler that wasn't even in good shape. For $100, including a hefty delivery fee even locally. Will not buy from them again.

Brazelton’s provides great customer service! They are friendly and very accommodating, especially for same day orders. They couldn’t reach the receiver and instead of just leaving the flowers with hopes of someone finding them, they made calls (after hours no less) to ensure a hand delivery the following morning. Disappointed at BEST. I placed an order for “Sweetest Day Memories” for a same day delivery. While the order arrived the day it was scheduled for, it looked nothing like the bouquet I ordered. It was absolutely nothing near what I ordered. It was not the same arrangement size, it only contained 1 of the same flowers from the picture and no other flowers. It looked as though they took whatever they had left over from other orders and pieces my order together. Also, I asked that we receive a call before delivery. My significant other had a big meeting that I wanted to congratulate her with. Because the directions were not followed, her meeting was interrupted and instead of a positive delivery, we ended up at odds because she didn’t have a heads up and her meeting was interrupted for 10 minutes. The liberties they took with my order without even a courtesy call to ask if they could substitute the variety of flowers let me know that the staff did not care about its consumers nor did it care about assisting with special occasions. Completely disgusted. Why have a selection of arrangements to choose from if you are going to prepare and deliver anything but what the customer ordered? Why ask if there are any special notes if you are going to ignore them?

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
