The flowers were beautiful and the arrangement was perfect but I was disappointed that the basket was as the picture. Instead of white basket it was replaced with a light brown basket. All in all it was very very beautiful. Thank you so much!

After a little trouble with ordering on-line, I called to ask about the order. Once it was established that the on-line order didn't go through, the lady I talked with was very understanding and helpful.
My sister sent me a text and picture of the flowers she received, and they looked just like the picture that was on the web site.
And, they were delivered same day as ordered.

I was relieved to speak to you and to be assured you who you say you are. I'm sorry that florists are being hijacked on the internet by people pretending to be who you think you are contacting via internet! This was not the first time this happened to me. The first was last May when I ordered flowers for my Aunt's funeral and they did not arrive. Then when I finally was able to get ahold of the site I had ordered, they told me I had given them the wrong date of delivery. So it was my fault, according to them. I do not think I would have gotten the date of this very special aunt of mine wrong, especially since I was ordering the same week she had died! Your flowers were delivered in a very timely manner and they were gorgeous, my daughter facetimed me and showed them to me; and she loved them! Thank you for helping me with my order and I was very pleased!
