The flower arrangement I ordered online was beautiful. It was so much larger in person than in the photo, which was a good thing. There was a question about the delivery address by the driver. Rather than leave the flowers at the address and hope for the best the driver called to verify the address before delivery. I really appreciated the extra effort.

The flowers looked slightly old and were not as expected. They consisted of carnations and filler flowers. I chose a custom arrangement but did not specify what type of flowers, but i expected something a little nicer and/or more than carnations & filler for the cost. There was also no bow or ribbon on the vase, so the arrangement overall just looked simple & bare.

The arrangement that was delivered looked even better than what was pictured on the website. The website was super easy to navigate and order through. I ordered on Wednesday and scheduled a Saturday delivery. I was able to do the entire transaction online without having to speak to someone. The delivery was made before lunchtime on Saturday. Wonderful florist! I called the shop to ensure the arrangement would look the same. They were out of white cube vases (as shown in the photo), so I opted for a beautiful blue. I order a funeral bouquet all red with silver ribbon, and requested a photo. I didn’t get the photo and now I know why. The bouquet was red with 6 large white mums, baby’s breath and white ribbon. Only reason they got a star at all was because it was delivered.

I wanted something large. Because it was from 4 families. I ask for a large green plant-- but not a corn plant. She said they didn't have anything. So I decided on a dish plant. I think I called 4 times wanting to make sure for 160.00 it was really going to be nice!! I didn't even like the bow-- it looked liked last years Christmas bows in the attic. So no I was very disappointed!! I received the picture maybe an hour before they delivered it. No time to call 4 families and talk---if this would work for my special niece! She owns this floral shop and said they had floor plants, I would of really liked for her to exchange it. She said but WE CLOSE AT 530. I have ownd several of my own businesses and word of mouth is your best advertisement!! If you can't work you butt off during all hours of the day, honey you just won't make it!!

I purchased an orchid plant - actually 2 plants with multicolored blooms. The plant was in great condition and the blooms were beautiful - couldn’t have been more perfect. But….the plastic pot was such a letdown for such a gorgeous plant. I would have paid more for a quality pot that more appropriately complemented the plant. In hindsight, delaying delivery to secure a better pot would have been wise. In the meantime, recommend Box of Rain ditch the cheap plastic and place lovely orchids in lovely pots. Thank you!

The picture of the flowers you sent in my email was not the same as the flowers that arrived at their destination however the flowers were beautiful and perfect for the reason they were sent. I have used Box of Rain for over 20 years and now although I do not live in Lubbock anymore I call them directly if I need them for Lubbock delivery. They have never disappointed me. Beautiful arrangements every time!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
