On May 6th my husband ordered flowers to be delivered to my office on my birthday, May 8th. No flowers were ever delivered. When my husband called in May 9th to find out what happened he was told they tried to deliver them at 4:40 pm and the office was closed. I know for a fact the office was not closed. I can only assume they either didn’t try or went to the wrong address. It is now 2pm on May 9th and still no delivery. So I can’t rate the actual flower arrangement since I have so far not gotten it but the service is pretty bad.

Tje bouquet that was purchased was supposed to have sunflowers (which the recipient adores) in it and it did not Have them.
I didn't order chocolate I'm assuming it was because they omitted the sunflowers. The problem with the chocolate is the recipient is diabetic so nice try but major fail.

My inlaw received the flowers, however, I had asked that you include mostly yellow flowers because that's her favorite color. Instead there were dark red and white flowers.There was not even one yellow flower in the bouquet. Secondly, the message that was supposed to be written on the card was replaced with the message in the notes to the florist asking you to make sure to please include mostly yellow flowers bc Shelly is a cancer survivor. I was disappointed especially being my first time using your floral shop that a mistake could be made like this!

We never received our order. The woman who runs the shop began to avoid all contact with us, because we wanted an update on our order. Terrible service, I wish I could comment on the flowers but again we never received them, but she was sure quick to charge me credit card. I will be filing a report with the BBB and appropriate law enforcement agency.

I put the wrong delivery date on my order, and when I realized it the shop said they could it THAT DAY ! It was already 4:30 in the afternoon and they put it together and delivered it 2 hours later . I have never had such great customer service!!!

I ordered two of the Deepest Sympathies Blue & White Standing Sprays. The flowers were not full. Didn’t even have the blue accent flowers. Not even close to the picture on their website. I ordered and paid for the large premium one which should have measured 54”H x 42”L per the item description on their website. I received a small or even extra small. I brought my tape measurer to measure it and both was only about in 34”H. You could tell it was made in a rush. The flowers were not even fresh. Customer service was horrible. I called the flower shop at 6:30pm and she said she will have it delivered within the hour. The flowers did not get delivered until 9pm the day before the service which I had to ask the owner of the hall to extend the time for us to keep the doors open for the delivery. When I called her again at 8pm she instantly answered with “it’s on its way!!!” It was rude. The flower was so scarce I had to go buy another four bouquets of flowers to fill it in to make it look a little decent. Very embarrassing and disappointing as this was the last thing I needed to worry about when arranging a funeral. Will never go back again. Do not recommend.

Arrangement color and look was nothing like the one I selected for order. Color was all wrong, it was combinations of pink when I specifically put white and burnt orange. The note didn’t even contain my entire message which was very disappointing as those specific words were sentimental!

I was called and told that the box and the flowers were not available - the person on the phone offered no alternatives. Which left me to flounder around for inspiration on the spot. I specifically requested that the arrangement NOT be nothing but roses.. but some “spring time flowers - not carnations. And not nothing but roses” and that is exactly what was delivered. Nothing but Roses. With some tacky glittery accoutrements.. when clearly I ordered a MODERN arrangement. Meaning I wanted clean and uncluttered. Understated. And instead I got an arrangement of roses with some gaudy glittery bits stuck in it. I requested a text photo of what the arrangement was so I could see it before it was out of the flower shop. And I received nothing.
I’m embarrassed that my friend received a glittery mess for her birthday full of bruised and browned roses.

I received this email to write a review but have not been able to get in touch with anyone to confirm if the flowers have been delivered today when they failed to be delivered yesterday which is what I paid for and never received a call that in fact they were not delivered. Very upsetting. Decided to go with a local store and this is just unacceptable. I would like a call back.

The bouquet my girlfriend received had zero Lillie’s. And it has cheap plastic hearts and it is wrapped in a very tacky flamingo pink shimmery bow.

I asked for no vase, and wasn’t offered any sort of price adjustment. It was delivered two days late. When I spoke with the lady on the phone she ensured it would get delivered same day. And after I called about it no arriving for two days. they said we’re so sorry, we don’t know how we missed it. We will redeliver today and even add an extra box of chocolates. They got delivered today, thankfully. But no chocolates. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. But overall, pretty terrible experience after spending 120 bucks. Absolutely subpar.

The flowers were beautiful as they are. But the service sucks. I called trying to confirm that my flowers were delivered already and instead they text me asking to text them back. Someone else text around four and said my order will be deliver in the next hour. Mind you it’s already 4 something at this time. I text back asking why so late, and there was no response back to why it was being deliver so late. Poor customer service. That’s why they rather text than talk, cause they don’t have to answer to anything that they don’t want. I will never order from them again. Please read all reviews before you place an orde.

The card wasn't signed to let them know who it was from. And the vase wasn't the same as pictured (it was a generic clear vase)- the main reason we picked this arrangement was BECAUSE OF THE VASE. I understand that substitutions are sometimes necessary, but a heads up about the substitution before it was made would have been great. Lack of communication about this change is upsetting, especially since this was supposed to be for a special meaning for sympathy.

My daughter just got out of surgery; and was in a lot of pain.

I found you on the internet; your arrangements were clearly visible at your web site; and I was able to order them on-line. No big deal for most kids today; but for a 74 year old man; it was fantastically easy.
My daughter called and had tears in her eyes; and it wasn't from pain.

Thank you for the reasonable prices; great arrangement; and timely delivery.

The occasion was for Saturday, so it took away from the expectations and no call was made to let me know they would not be able to deliver as agreed.

My flowers were not delivered Friday due to a computer glitch. When I called back the customer service was excellent. They not only delivered the flowers but upgraded it. It was timely like the lady promised and I am very satisfied. I will recommend using them again. Thanks

When I placed my order over the phone I was promised an elegant arrangement. Even was sent a picture of what it would look like. The lady took down the note that would accompany the flowers. Embarrassed at what I saw at the funeral. The flowers were “ dead”. The only note on the flowers was my friend’s name. The cost $153. Never again.

Recently our family experienced the loss of a dear and treasured friend. She was an amazing 104 years old. Our family members - all living in different states outside of California were yearning to express our condolences. After hours of searching online the importance of feeling a personal connection with a local florist would be most important in order to express the love and loss we felt. I researched reviews and decided to call Bouquet of Elegance. SO SO grateful I made that decision!! Lita - the owner -listened carefully to our feelings and the message we wanted to convey. She made wonderful suggestions and the very next day an AMAZING Garden Basket was delivered to include our heartfelt message (hand written). It was beautiful and perfect and will continue to be a living tribute to our precious Angela - which is exactly what we were searching for!!! THANK YOU LITA and your wonderful, thoughtful staff for creating a memorable tribute!!! Highly recommend!!!

Never know what your going to get. At least they were delivered to me first. Found a long dark hair which wasn't my color or delivery drivers color or length. And set up wasn't even the same as picture. I'm thinking perhaps it's because I chose the middle between premium and not left it as it was default. Besides that the flowers are nice looking and have good color. I'm not a flower buff, I'd really like to be so I can give a great gift someday.

Unfortunately, no where near the quality expected - arrangement uneven (one side was just yellow flowers), not as much variety of flowers / colours, big ribbon added (to cover up for lack of flowers?) which cheapened the look. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous! Additionally when the delivery driver tried to deliver the flowers they had trouble locating the recipient but they went the distance by knocking on neighbors doors and found who they belong to.
So I would absolutely recommend you getting flowers from boutique of elegance, not only for the beautiful flowers but the level of customer service that you receive.

Don't buy flowers from this company!! What a HORRIBLE experience! I ordered flowers for my Mother's birthday from a local florist Bouquet of Elegance. The flowers were never delivered. I spent $95.00 and they charged me for delivery. I called the shop and spoke to the owner. She said she would get new flowers sent over and call my Mom. After several hours passed and we never heard from her I called back and she didn't respond. My Mom still has no flowers and it's two days since I ordered the flowers. Thanks to this company my Mom had no flowers on her birthday!

Very disappointed. I ordered the “bouquet of elegance” for my nieces birthday. I live out of state so I figured As long as I gave instructions then there should be any problem. #1, it states on the website that arrangements may not be as pictured Bc due to season and flowers, so I totally Understand that, but the flowers that was sent was nothing similar to the picture I paird for. I figured, swap out some flowers for in season flowers, right? Wrong! #2, I ask for it to deliver by afternoon. I called And asked and the lady told me how does 3pm sound, I said Great, if a little earlier that’s fine too, 6pm rolls around and now flower has been sent yet. She went out after 6pm for her bday dinner and when she got home, it was sitting on front door step. Anyone could had came and stoked it, and there was no surprised moment for her because no one delivered it on time. I’m so upset. Will not use them again for other orders in the future.

Called the florist twice and it goes to someone's personal vm not a business vm. Terrible, terrible experience. Never got flowers and cannot connect with florist.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
