About the Shop
About the Owner, Brian Schell.
Brian began his floral career by attending SUNY Cobleskill from 1982-1984, and graduated "Outstanding Senior in Floriculture" with an Associates degree. Working from a small basement shop, the practical aspects of cut flower care, freshness, and quality were self-taught by trial and error. In 2005, a retail opportunity presented itself and we went mainstream. We kept all what was learned the hard way, well in mind.
We take pride in our work and provide our customers with high quality, fresh flowers designed as they wish. Whether traditional, modern, European, or Asian inspired, simply let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate your requests.

Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m

Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
