This “premium” bouquet was prepared as depicted and full of fresh flowers in a lovely mosaic vase. Being many miles away when my dear daughter-in-law had surgery, I was in search-mode for a florist near my son’s home. Happily, I came upon Bountiful Blooms’ website for delivery in the East Greenbush area. Their online ordering process was so “user friendly”, so I ordered what I knew would be appreciated. Brian, from BB, called me directly as one of the yellow lilies I had chosen wasn’t in stock and could he substitute some sunflowers…which was acceptable to me. Upon delivery I then learned sunflowers are my DIL’s favorite sunflowers! Serendipity!

I'm usually very pleased with their arrangements, however, The "deluxe" version of the Radiantly Rouge Bouquet that I ordered for my parent's 60th anniversary was a disappointment.
Bountiful Blooms was excellent !!! The driver even called me to make sure it was alright that he was running late. My Mom said the bouquet was beautiful!! They did same day delivery and I'm from our of state. I will definitely order from them again and again. Driver had awesome personality. I sent my mother flowers for her fall birthday and ordered the pumpkin vase. She loved them and they were actually better than the picture if you can imagine that!! Gorgeous! Highly recommend!!
Very disappointed. Only 1 Lilly was bloomed rest were not. The other flowers did not look all that great. For the price I paid this was not worth it. This was for a bride on her wedding day and it looked nothing like the picture. I never would have purchased this like this. Waste of money. I also called yesterday to ensure they would be delivered by 12 the women who answered was sweet but whoever she was talking to about my delivery was rude.
It's hard for me to review this. I don't know if it's been delivered.

Tried designers choice for the first time, trusting they would use the best in-season arrangement - it did not disappoint - one of the best bouquets ever delivered to my mother for mothers day. Notably, I ordered one for my mother in law, and it was completely different! but equally stunning, and both mothers were thrilled - I kinda like the variation. Great option - will use again.

I chose the online Designer's Choice option as I wanted the recipient to receive same day -- a wise choice! The recipient raved over the variety of the flowers and size of the arrangement -- she was quite pleased! One flaw, however was on the card. I typed the message in the "message" box and put all of our names in the "from" box. The "from" didn't get printed on the card so the recipient didn't know who the flowers were from. As I send her flowers on her birthday each year, she called and asked if they were from me. Perhaps remove the "from" box on the order page so that all text gets printed in the message box. All in all, NO problems with the flowers/arrangement itself.

The arrangement that was sent looked very little like this photo. I chose this because of the asymmetrical and whimsical shape. I paid for a premium arrangement and instead received a perfectly symmetrical arrangement with very little resemblance to this photo. Disappointed with the lack of design.

I placed an order on a Thursday afternoon for a Friday delivery. The flowers were for my aunt who lives next door. At 6:30 PM on Friday, my door bell rang. It was a delivery person from Bountiful Blooms trying to deliver my aunt's flowers to our house by accident. 6:30 PM!!?? Who the heck is home at 6:30 on a Friday night? I didn't expect the flowers to be delivered by 10:00 AM, but I did figure they would have arrived by 4:00 PM--a full 24 hours after I ordered them. Not to mention, the flowers BARELY looked like the ones in the picture. I saw maybe one or two roses, and rest were carnations--and they looked a little limp. The following day (around 9:45 AM on Saturday), a different delivery person pulled into our driveway and attempted to deliver the flowers AGAIN to me. She turned around when she saw the number posted on my porch. Apparently, my aunt was not at home Friday night when the first delivery was attempted and they were trying again. I will never again order from Bountiful Blooms.

Timely delivered but they had a big area in the back with nothing but greens. Was disappointed with the lack of flowers in that area but the recipient liked them, so that’s all that matters. They were definitely not as full as what is seen in the photo.

I first encountered your flowers when a bunch was sent to me in the hospital on 1/9/18. I was BLOWN AWAY by how beautiful the arrangement was and that most of the flowers lasted over 2 weeks & continued to brighten my days even after I got home. I've told EVERYONE about Bountiful Blooms and to say thank you to a dear friend for all her help these past few weeks, I sent her an arrangement yesterday and again, there are GORGEOUS & she loves them. My mother, who received the flowers, loved them and sent me a picture. Per usual, they were just as nice or nicer than the picture on the website. Great job, they go all out.
However the arrangement was left, it blew over while it was still outside. Nothing was broken, but my mother had to rearrange everything on her own. The flowers and vase were beautiful though
I ordered the premium polka dots and posies. I was present when it was delivered on it's scheduled time. However the vase was purple not pink, no ribbon on it and it was not a full looking arrangement but sparse. The pink mini roses that were supposed to be in it were substituted w/mini carnations-not an equal value flower in my opinion, plus they had Browning/bruising on them. I will not order from here again.
