Botanicals On The Gulf has been delivering "Happy" in Naples since 2006. Originally from St Louis, Missouri, Kevin Morris learned his craft as a floral designer at Nettie's Flowers, one of St Louis' oldest and most respected shops. Since moving to Florida, Kevin has become one of Naples most premier floral event designers. His passion for flowers is contagious! Need an arrangement delivered? Wow, I online ordered 3 dozen long stem roses for VD and I was blown away by not only by the presentation and quality of these amazing flowers, but mostly by the service and care.
I decided to pick them up as was worried they would be jammed for the holiday and delivery time would be bad. However, to my surprise, I got a call from the shop the day before VD and they told me it was highly recommended they be delivered since the arrangement was big and delicate. They went on to schedule the delivery and do it complementary since I was struggling to find my CC. You don't get service like this almost anywhere these days. They really cared and took the initiative to call me without even asking. I was so very impressed, they have a lifetime customer after this! BTW, Kiki was completely blown out of the water by the arrangement, she actually began to cry the flowers were so gorgeous just like her.

Finding a satisfying flower arrangement is difficult. I am not a flower person, but I think everyone can subconsciously tell the difference between an arrangement which is about filling space with maximum economy, and an arrangement which is about beautifying a space with an abundance of world class flowers. The response from the recipient, who is a flower person, was "it's difficult to photograph, because there's no best angle. There are beautiful flowers looked at from every direction." That's what I was hoping for. Friends, keep doing that, and I will keep ordering flowers from you.

Very disappointed. I went to the "Plants" section to order, expecting to get a live plant. The photo clearly had some cut flowers included, but NONE of the piece was a plant, just cut items stuck in styrofoam. For $165, I certainly expected to get something that lasts longer than a week, and specifically wanted to give the recipient a live plant. This feels like a bait-and-switch.

I ordered a premium designer’s choice bouquet with instructions to pick brightly colored flowers for a friend’s birthday. What showed up at her home was a candle-and-ornament floral centerpiece for a Christmas table. I am disappointed, and my friend ended up giving the bouquet to a neighbor for their Christmas table. When I called to explain the mistake, I was told that the instructions I provided were in the wrong place on the form and so they didn’t read any of them. And, if we wanted to switch them out, they could return the original bouquet and a new one would be delivered (how awkward to explain to a friend that they need to return a gift). This whole experience left me with a very bad taste and a disinclination to recommend this company to others. Poorly executed and extremely disappointing.

We ordered the Premium Frosty Love by BloomNation. Boy, we’re we disappointed. The arrangement looked nothing like what was pictured. No evergreen, no pine cones, nothing Christmas themed or festive. The bouquet had a few mums, a few roses, some leafy greenery, and what looked like lily of the valley. It looked like a regular, small, everyday bouquet that would be sent anytime, not a special Premium Christmas bouquet. I would have attached a picture if there was an option.
