Absolutely wonderful experience. I'm in Virginia and was sending an anniversary gift to my Portland friends. The form was easy to fill out and payment was straightforward. There were a couple of the items that were out of stock, but I received a phone call from the shop and was able to work out substitutions quickly; they even upgraded one item at no additional cost. I will definitely use them again!

I ordered locally grown tulips for next day delivery. They arrived in a wrap with high quality eucalyptus, all the stems arranged and tied off with a rubber band so all I needed to do was cut the ends and drop into a vase. The stems were enclosed in a wonderful compostable plastic bag that had a piece of moistened material inside that is also labeled as compostable. I couldn’t be more pleased!

A lovely arrangement arrived for my daughter in law, including the dahlias I had requested if at all possible and without any grasses to tempt her kitty.
The ordering process was easy and I received a timely confirmation after the flowers were delivered.
The flowers were delivered on the wrong day, a Monday instead of the requested Thursday. My friends birthday was that Thursday, not Monday. Someone called me and said "oops, we're sorry" and that's about it. Didn't offer to fix things or make it right in any way. Lastly, the flowers that were delivered were old flowers and were already wilting. It was as if the florist had this arrangement already put together and was sitting around for days. I really wanted to support a local florist, but this was embarrassing and garbage.

So glad I found Botanica online - our daughter and (now) son-in-law in Portland decided at the last minute to go ahead with their legal wedding even though festivities had been canceled. Botanica had so many beautiful options, it was difficult to choose an arrangement for my parents' wedding anniversary. But I decided upon "Garden Romance" and had it delivered to their home in assisted living, about 100 miles from my home. My dad is blind but raved about the smell of the roses (he says most roses today have no scent), and my mom was said it was the most beautiful arrangement she'd ever seen! I never write reviews. However, the arrangement Botanica made for my friend's birthday was perfect. It was tropically beautiful and made her very happy. She is a very hard critic as she was a professional florist for 25 years. I am so happy I chose Botanica. Thank you for making her birthday even more special.
