Good afternoon, Pearl. Thank you for the message. I'm sorry you weren't happy with the color of the white roses in your prom corsage. Fresh white roses are rarely truly white. They always shade to the green, cream or blush. Mother nature decides what color is available. The ones we used were the white spray roses that we got in to use for prom. White roses of any kind are notorious for bruising, pressure bruising is what causes the edges to brown. Hugging, photos... are hard on flowers! The only way to get the flower color exactly what you want, is to go with permanent flowers, something to keep in min d for the future. Thank you again for contacting us. Have a good day.

Good morning, Rebecca, Thank you for reaching out with your concerns about the arrangement we sent for you. I'm sorry you were not satisfied with what we sent. To address your concerns, the colors of the flowers you ordered in the arrangement are a combination of blues and purples. As we are only able to use what is available to us, we do the best we can to make the arrangement look as close to the photo as possible. The amount of blossoms you see in the photo are noticeably different as the individual blossoms are all fully developed, and as we send the order out, some of the flowers are not opened to full development yet. This makes the arrangement appear that there are less flowers in it, when in actuality, they are there but not as noticeable until they open. If you would like, we would be happy to re-do the arrangment and exchange it for the arrangement that was delivered on May 6, 2021. Please understand that the flowers will be in various stages of development with a new arrangement as they were with the first arrangement, and the colors will be similar in shades of blues and purples. I ordered the money tree and it was very beautiful. Would order again.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
