The flowers were very reasonably priced (comparatively) and beautiful. The Customer Service was great - I even needed to change the date of the delivery after ordering and it was no problem.
although the flower arrangement was beautiful, sticks replaced the greenery and I was looking for the greenery with the flowers. Also, the vase was black and I was looking for clear so stems showed, as displayed in the picture.

Beautiful arrangement and promptly delivered although the actual color range was stronger than the soft pastels illustrated in the example, especially the pinks. Not the muted soft pastels expected when ordered, buy still beautifully arranged and appreciated by the recipient.

The flowers were lovely but they were delivered on the wrong day, which was disappointing since I called Blue Water Flowers to ensure they would be delivered on the correct day and they assured me they would.
Most of the flowers were lesser substitutes for the flowers in the description and image - I was intentionally buying an arrangement without roses and ended up with half roses. The arrangement was also amateurish and had to be rearranged. Delivery was on time, and the flowers themselves were healthy and in condition, but the selection and arrangement were very disappointing.
Thanks for the flowers. I was disappointed that the type of flowers weren't the same as the photo was advertised.

I ordered this arrangement as a thank you for a friend and it was perfect.
I have to say this was stressful.. The note on the flowers said a different name than mine so my mother told me she didn't receive my order. She got many bouquets that day so she had no way of knowing it was mine. This led to a debacle for me, the florist or my mom. Everyone was upset. When I called to tell them what had gone wrong they didn't even want to talk with me anymore but I was only trying to help them see what the issue was so they'd know in the future. I am sure the bouquet was perfect and I would definitely order from them again despite this upset.

The arrangement was delivered on time, and the quality of the flowers was good: fresh, vibrant peach roses and ranunculus that smelled great and look like they’ll last several days. However, the arrangement had fewer kinds of flowers than pictured, and arrived in a larger vase than pictured, which unfortunately made the (intentionally) small arrangement look even smaller. I was a bit embarrassed and wished the florist had called me to let me know so I could have upgraded or ordered something else.

I came back home to the most beautiful flower arrangement - you couldn't have known, but it had some of my favorite flowers in it and it was such a lovely welcome.
The flowers were very pretty. But I paid a lot more to have a deluxe version sent & it wasn’t even as big a bouquet as the one you show in the photo on your website. So I was a little disappointed.

I want to start by saying how grateful I am to have found a florist so thoughtful and caring as yours. Your whole team rocks! Yesterday was my sister's birthday and I was not sure if your company would be able to delivered flowers the same day. Two things came to mind that I knew it would make it difficult, one was it was a last minute order and two the weather. But Peter made it happen, he called me to let me know that there was a possibility that the delivery might not happen because of the bad weather. But he did say they could deliver the flowers no later than tomorrow. To my surprise, I received a text from my sister thanking me for the lovely flowers she received on her birthday. Also the pictures she sent of the flowers were amazing, they were gorgeous!.
I believe this could not have been possible if Peter and the team did not go beyond the call of duty. I will forever be thankful and you will forever have a faithful customer.

This beautiful arrangement was delivered to my sister for her birthday. My expectations were met, as it was delivered to her at work (which isn't the easiest to location to deliver to). The only tiny hiccup was that I received an email confirming delivery 1 business day early, I called and the issue was addressed right away, I was assured that it was an email glitch and the order would proceed as placed!

This was a nice bright arrangement online. I paid an additional $15 to "upgrade" the arrangement to $90. It was very small. I don't know what a $75 arrangement would have been...in a coffee cup? Also the vase could have been lined with leaves to cover the stems. Not very classy at all. I will not use this florist again.

I placed the order from Minneapolis for my daughter who lives in Manhattan. I do not like 800 or FTD florists and always try to order locally. I chose the Blue, Gray and Green arrangement pictured on the website. Blue Water Flowers sent me a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered and it looked just like the photo ion the website. My son-in-law sent me a photo of the flowers after they were delivered. and they still looked beautiful. I was very pleased and would definitely use Blue Water Flowers again when sending flowers to NYC, and highly recommend.

Honestly I'm pretty disappointed bc the main reason I chose the arrangement was bc my wife's favorite flower is dahlias and there were none in the arrangement you sent. This was for our anniversary and there were roses substituted which are her least favorite flower. The description was dahlias and hydrangeas and there were none in the arrangement.

Hello! First, I want to express my sincere appreciation for the effort you took to delivery this order to my mom on Mother's Day, I know you had to figure out a way to get into the building and for that I'm extremely grateful. A calamity happened after they were delivered though, completely not your fault--evidently a neighbor picked them up from the mail room to keep them safe until my mom got home; she accidentally dropped them on her foot and the heavy vase broke two of her toes! She tried to save the flowers but by the time they got to my mom they were "sad" looking. So, we can't comment on the arrangement, though the picture is lovely. Thanks again for your efforst. Blue Water Flowers did a nice job. I ordered online based on the pictures. I received a phone call about 30 minutes later letting me know that the flowers would be white instead of pink (as the picture showed). I preferred white anyway -- so it was good. They then delivered the flowers a few hours later on time. Easy order, but they did a great job.

The flowers were exquisite, exotic and uniquely designed. The only issue was that they left out the note and who it was from. Good thing is was for a colleague so I was onsite for the delivery and able to make the note myself and add it.

I live in Seattle, WA and needed to send condolences to a dear friend in New York. I chose Blue Water after a google search and also due to proximity and quick overview of their site/ reviews. I was unfamiliar with sending flowers from such a distance and felt uneasy. However Blue Water did a fantastic job with follow ups after my online order. First, I received a confirmation email promptly. The next day (the day scheduled for delivery), I received another email with an actual picture of the flower saying it was ready to go. That was a critical follow up and loved it! My friend did ending up receiving it. This was a sensitive/sentimental 'gift' and Thank you Blue Waters for making this a seamless process.
