Beautiful arrangement fur 1 day only. Flowers are dying and Mom hardly enjoyed them. I realize that they were in the delivery truck at 900 am and not actually delivered until 100 pm. Whenever I've received flowers in the last few years, they come from Blue Leaf - and they are stunning! Somehow they don't look like ordinary florist flowers... there's always a special touch.

I ordered the Acapella arrangement (plus'd up) online. Blue Leaf called to share that they only had red roses due to the hurricanes on the east coast which were affecting transport of roses to the west coast. I appreciated the outreach. I’ve ordered from you at least two times before and the floral arrangements were wonderful, however, this time I ordered the Designer Choice for $100, which was actually $116, not $100, and was truly disappointed, as the majority of the arrangements was foliage, carnations and a few roses. Great experience and customer service! The driver did not feel comfortable leaving the arrangement at the door when the recipient was out because of the wind. The driver Jon and Blue Leaf went out of their way to insure the quality of the arrangement and rescheduled at no additional charge.

I ordered from BLSF for my daughter's bday. I searched a florist near her job and after looking at reviews I decided to take a chance. I requested a custom bouquet and asked that it be colorful and supple and gave them a little description of my daughters favorite things. The arrangement was exactly what I imagined, it's obvious to me that they take pride in their craft and make arrangements worth every dollar spent. The prices are in the high end, my arrangement was about $95 after tax and delivery, but as mentioned before, it was well worth it. You can certainly get lower cost options on a web based florist, but you never know what you will get. Support your local business, I recommend BLSF hands down!

Unfortunately some of the flowers were brown and wilted. I contacted the Florist and and first she was very defensive, stating that she personally made the arrangement and that there was nothing wrong with it. I offered to send pictures and she said no. She said I could return it and I said that I could not as I was at work. Ultimately she decided to have her driver come back and pick them up but it ended up being too late in the day for him to do so. They are supposed to pick them up today and provide me with a new arrangement. After two days, the flowers are looking very sad. I hope the shop will make this right.

I was sending flowers for a funeral service and asked for them to be delivered at a home the day before. They did just that. Once there, they called me to let me know there was no one home. Hello. The arrangement was lovely and delivered on time. I appreciate the notification when the arrangement was out for delivery then delivered. However I gave a 3 rating because the arrangement was not as pictured. I picked the pink passion specifically for some of the flowers in the arrangement and those were replaced (ie tulips). I understand that replacements may be made however I would like to be notified so it’s not a surprise and maybe provide some feedback. For instance, I would have preferred no roses. Thank you.

I sought out a local florist to bring timely fresh flowers of condolence to a dear old friend who lost her husband days before. The website had very original and soothing arrangements fit for the delicate circumstance. The website was very elegant and the calligraphy of the sympathy card she took a picture of so lovely.
They texted the mid morning delivery and my friend wrote me: “ I’ve been crying ever since the stunningly beautiful arrangement came....thanks SO much for touching my broken heart! I’ve never seen a lovelier

However, my daughter & her husband sent a different floral gift to the same family member out there & the difference in the advertised display vs what was sent was stark & disappointing. There were only a few of the larger more prominent flowers that made the display very nice. Instead there were more ‘filler’ pieces used making the piece look cheap. It was a disappointment indeed.

While the 'end of summer' bouquet was very much loved by my friend, I wish it looked slightly more like the picture. I didn't notice any lilies and didn't see any roses from the picture I received from her either. Was looking for a local flower show and I found this place on yelp. Every review there is true. Excellent service and the delivery was fast. My one issue was the bouquet looked nothing like the photo other than the white flowers. Also they put Lily’s in the arrangement which my wife is highly allergic to! My fault for not specifying. Arrangement was gorgeous, delivery not so good. Need to specify when ordering form here that it should be a morning delivery. I ordered these 2 days prior, and said it was a birthday. My girl did not receive until an hour before she left work for the day. Was very disappointed she only got to enjoy for an hour. I love their flower arrangements, but even ordering earlier than some, I’m sure. Doesn’t get you a spot earlier in line of arrangements. Not happy. You need to tell them, I guess.

This is my go-to florist. I have never been disappointed. I order from a different state on-line and everything has gone perfectly. My fiancé received her roses and two were broken. I called many times and someone kept hanging up on me. I was advised that they would send an additional vase of roses but when she received them they were small and wilted so she opted to keep the ones she had and just replace the two broken ones. I specifically requested Cala Lillie’s to be included in the bouquet and there were none. Cala Lillie’s are my girlfriends favorite flower. I requested the flowers be delivered between the hours of 7:00am and 4:20pm hoping it would be somewhere in the middle of that so my girlfriend could actually enjoy her flowers at work but they were delivered at the very end of the timeframe at 4pm. The bouquet was pretty small considering how much I paid for it and definitely not worth it without the specific flowers I asked for. I will not use this place again.

Beautiful custom arrangement. I told them my mother loved yellow and they made sure it was yellow LOL (other florists I've dealt with in the past may give you only a few yellow flowers)!!! I've used Blue Leaf Studio Florist twice now to send flowers to my wife at work. Each time the arrangements have been very beautiful and my wife has gotten nothing but compliments. I believe in the saying, "You get what you pay for." I could have went with a cheaper florist like in the past, but their arrangements wouldn't be as lovely.

Ordered on line the designer's choice and asked that it be delivered to Fleming's as a special anniversary surprise. Hadn't realized ahead of time that the restaurant didn't even open until 5:00 pm on that afternoon, but Blue Leaf confirmed when they opened and made sure a most beautiful arrangement was delivered after 5. They delivered in a timely manner which I needed, but the arrangement had roses that did not look very good. Pedals were falling off. This was for my anniversary and I am dissapointed. Will not use this company again.
Update- I received a phone call from the owner, apologizing for the problem. She explained that there was a problem with the supplier and they were no longer going to be using them. She told me how she guarantees all of their work and offered me a full refund! This does not happen anymore. I was very impressed. I fully intend to use this company again in the future and I respect this owner greatly.

I based my decision of choosing Blue Leaf Studio on reviews. I moved across the country and wanted to choose local. The mobile site is incredible. My personal banking isn't even that user-friendly. It was easy to make a selection and choose desired upgrades and add personal touches. I love the updates they give their customers (receipt of order, a photo of the final product before delivery, delivery confirmation, etc). I was sent photos of the arrangement by the recipient and the card and personal touches are lovely. I only found out after the fact that the shop is owned by a friend's mother. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
