This order was for my Mom's birthday. My experience with this floral shop was exceptional. She didn’t have the square birch box so she called me and asked what I’d like to substitute. I placed an online order for same day delivery after 2pm yesterday and Andy from Blue Daisy Floral & Design called me less than 5 minutes later explaining that they may not be able to guarantee same day delivery because my order came in late and the drivers were all out on long routes for the day, but she’d try her best for me. She also recommended a different vase than the one shown on the website and swapped it out at no charge. Within minutes of hanging up, I received a text that the flowers would be delivered that afternoon by 4. So within 2 hrs of placing my order, the arrangement was crafted and delivered! Amazing customer service with the immediate follow ups and keeping me posted on order status. The arrangement was beautiful and I was so please with my entire experience. Blue Daisy is a local vendor for me who also recently supplied wedding flowers for a friend’s daughter’s wedding. The table centerpieces were stunning. For a special Valentine’s Day this year, I ordered a large rose bouquet in a vase that was equally impressive. The greens included were varied, thick, fresh and all very complimentary to the entire arrangement. They also showed particular care to ensure not only a timely, but also safe flower delivery given the extremely cold outside temperatures that day. Quality supplier of quality products.

No flies on these guys! I ordered an arrangement to be sent to a nearby health-care facility. Ordered at night, online, and the flowers were delivered first thing in the morning.
