Jim and William Saigh
Jim and William Saigh are proud to continue to serve Sothwest Florida as the new owners of Blossom Shoppe Flowers and Gifts. Jim originally is from Saint Clair Shores, Michigan and has always had a toe the water and heel in the sand for Florida. He moved to Florida in 2013. William followed 6 years later, from Las Vegas, NV to his new life in Florida. William and Jim married October 2022 and are on this journey together. Gifts and flowers are our love language, a language we learned from our mothers. We sure do miss them beyond words. The bouquet that I requested was not available and supposed to be substituted with the florists choice, which i agreed to. However, my mother did not receive her flowers on May 10th as requested. I contacted the shop by phone and was assured that I would be refunded the full amount and that my mother would receive a bouquet with an apology. She did get her apology and was very happy with it, thank you. I have still not received my refund in the amount of 104.94. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Its funny that you actually sent me an email and asked me to write a review. Yes, I did place an order on may 9th. Yes, I paid almost $100 for flowers to have them delivered to my Mother for Mother's Day. But, no they were NOT delivered when they said they would be. And no she still has not received them! After a dozen calls I finally got through to someone and was told they would get to the bottom of this and would call me back within a half hour and still have not heard back. Today is the 17th! So at this point, no flowers and no refund!

The flowers were never delivered. No one is answering the phone and the voice mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. I also emailed and texted, but still no response. It is a very disappointing experience and waste of money.

I made this flower reservation last minute for my granny’s 98th birthday, and this florist went above and beyond. Apparently I had put in an incorrect address and they still accommodated the delivery and made it happen by calling, and making this delivery a priority. This is why I always source local and am glad l did with this florist and you should too with all your flower and arrangement needs.

I am really disappointed in what was sent to my mom. I paid extra for the premium. What was sent doesn't look as full or as nice as what you had pictured as the standard. That plus the fact that it was $71 when I ordered it on Dec. 30th, but it was on your site for $64 when it delivered on Dec. 31st. I did not want to leave a bad review, but I emailed twice with pictures, with no response.

It was delivered in an ugly tall skinny green vase, with a quarter of the flowers shown on your site. I ordered the Premium, which was not what she received. Now, let me preface this review by telling you that I don’t normally write reviews because to be honest I’m just plain lazy. However, when I feel that a company or product over delivers, goes above and beyond, or if I’m just extremely satisfied with a product then I will take the time to tell them and others. Because let’s be honest, an ‘at-a-boy is nice when you’ve worked and credit should be given when credit is due.
Now, on to my actual experience. I live in Kentucky and never heard of this flower shop. I just read some reviews and judged them by their website and the Google reviews. Goes without saying it was a crap shoot as to whether or not they would even deliver at that point lol.
My wife and daughter have been in North Myers with my mother-in-law, who lives there, for the past couple weeks to help her mom as she goes through the excruciating process and myriad of doctor appoints and tests that are required after a mass is found on your pancreas. None of it is fun, it sucks and waiting to hear anything is emotionally draining which I can see on my wife’s face during our FaceTime talks.
SO, I wanted to cheer her up and make her smile in some way and decided flowers would be a perfect way to do it since I’m like 1,000 miles away.
I consulted my weirdo friend Google and he said this is the place to go. I found the best set of flowers on their site that I felt best suited her needs to make her smile and placed my order with a note asking the florist if they could add a little something extra that would just touch it over the top to help insure that smile and all around happy feeling I was hoping to give my wife. Oh, I also requested same day delivery.
Few hours go by and I get a text from my wife telling me how much she loved the flowers and beautiful they were and that they were literally the prettiest and best set of flowers she has ever received. Keep in mind that back at home I send her flowers quite a bit so that part is saying something! When I talked to her I could tell it really lifted her spirits and YES it did make her smile lol!
After I saw the picture she sent it was evident that they went above and beyond with it. It really was the best of flowers. I’m not a flower guy but I could even appreciate the beauty and craftsmanship that went into it. They even added a little extra touch. They added this butterfly that looks suspended over the flowers like it’s about to land on them. It looked cool, really set the whole thing off and was actually a perfect touch for my wife specifically because she loves butterflies! She actually paints them all the time lol. It’s kinda crazy how that worked out....kinda like they knew lol.
In conclusion, I will use these guys/gals again, hands down without a doubt! If you decide NOT to use them after this review then it’s on you.

The arrangement I ordered looked okay once it was received but it was delivered to the wrong house, a house no one lived in. The flowers sat outside in the heat for who knows how long until one of my parents neighbors found them. By the time they got to my parents some of the flowers were wilted due to the heat. I have used this florist before with no problems. I always give the phone number for the person they are being delivered to, so if the delivery person got there and no one was answering or the house looked odd they should have called. I am very disappointed with the experience.

I am so unhappy with the Blossom Shoppe's work. Forgive the length of this but there is history. Last month was my mom's bday. She LOVES yellow roses and I always buy her arrangements with yellow roses in it. I ordered a gorgeous arrangement with yellow roses, blue hydrangeas and yellow filler. Only to have an arrangement delivered with yellow roses and green carnations and a bunch of ugly leather leaf. So, I called the florist. She was very kind and said that they needed to substitute as they didn't have all the flowers in. Knowing quite a bit about flowers and having a friend who runs her own floral shop in another part of Florida, I knew that the cost of the stems used in that arrangement were not even close to what I was charged. BUT, the owner apologized, said a new girl made the arrangement and promised a new one delivered that day. Mistakes are made and I was happy, my mom was happy. Fast forward to Mother's Day. My florist friend warned me about returning to the Blossom Shoppe but, I want a good relationship with a florist down there (I live in Wisconsin) because my mom loves having flowers sent to her. AND, they did fix the problem last time. WOW, did I make a mistake. Picked out the Sunny Day Pitcher of Yellow Roses which cost me 74.00 (w/ delivery) and my mom received NO YELLOW ROSES AT ALL. What she got was a $55 dollar arrangement of pink and purple flowers with a couple pink roses and 1 hydrangea stem, a pink lily and purple mums. I saw that arrangement on the website and it cost $10 less than the one I ordered. Called the florist back and the "manager" told me a sob story that they didn't have the flowers for the arrangement I ordered due to COVID-19 issues so they substituted. Called my florist friend that minute in Tampa, she said she has no problem getting any color roses that week and that, again, if they couldn't fulfill my order, they should have contacted me. Btw, I ordered on Monday, before Mother's Day so there would be plenty of time to either get the stems or contact me that they couldn't. They delivered the flowers a day earlier than I asked for (no biggie but if they didn't have the flowers, why deliver early?) Also, if they don't have ANY of the stems in stock, why wouldn't they notify me? I think that this florist is gouging people who order flowers from out of state figuring that the person who ordered them would never see them and the receiver of the flowers would just thank them profusely. I can understand if a mistake happened once, but twice, IN A ROW??? This is not a reputable florist. Don't waste your time and money on this place.

The flowers did not look like this at all. I was very disappointed considering it was a gift for my mother and I live in PA. I think if you are going to change the flowers, you should give the buyer a courtesy call or email so they can decide how to proceed. Never again will I order from here.

My order was delivered yesterday & my aunt loved it. She said that the flowers were absolutely beautiful & she loved the bear that came with it, but was confused by my note that referenced a bee. Unfortunately, I did not order the bear that she was delivered, I ordered the Bee Well Bouquet so my message on the card made no sense to her until had to explain the reason for the message & that the bear is not what orginally ordered to have sent to her.
Although she was satisfied & loved it, I cant help but to be a little disappointed that I did not get what I ordered & paid for. If it was unavailable, I should have at least been contacted that there would be a change so I could have maybe updated her card to make a little more sense. Again, I was told the flowers were very beautiful.

I was called and told that you didn't have the basket I ordered but you had green dish gardens and you could put fresh flowers in one. My daughter thought it was beautiful and she can plant the plants from it as they grow. She sent a picture of it and I actually liked it better than what I picked out.It was delivered the same day which was great. The person that I talked to was very nice and friendly and the service was exceptional. I will order from you again.

The arrangment I ordered look nothing like the picture. And I mean NOTHING!!! I own a business and have an online store, so I do understand that the items will never look exactly like the site picture, but this was far from it. The arrangement I picked out was for Valentine's Day. it looked like a dozen beautiful red roses in a vase, But what I received was a green Bush with some roses shoved here and their. Not even close to what it was supposed to look like. One thing good I will say is, delivery was early. It was actually there when my wife got to work so that was good. After writing this company an email and sending side by side pictures, I still have not received a response and will not use them again!

The delivery was timely on Valentines Day which is rare. However, the bouquet was not what was expected. I normally spend the same amount every year on a bouquet of roses. This one was not as grand. They did have great service and easy to work with.

Ordered the Holiday Spice Basket for my parents who winter in Florida. Received a call from our mom after receiving the basket and said it was just beautiful.
