Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (254) 675-3444, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (254) 675-3444 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I thought the deluxe birthday balloon package wasn't as full as I would have liked. There were three levels but I don't think I saw what the upper 2 would look like. The associate that I spoke with was very nice but she was the only one one working. And the balloons didn't float the next day. That was disappointing

I called to place an order last minute on the day of my Neice’s birthday —from all the way up north, here outside of Philadelphia ! I wanted to patronize locally where my Neice lives in Clifton, Texas ———and honestly I can say that the sweet sweet manager of The Blossom Shop took my order and assured me that she would personally drop off the bouquet ! The arrangement the gals made for the newly-acquired "Clifton Record" newspaper was just perfect. I explained how the 'space' looked - style/colors/etc. The arrangement that was made fit in just perfectly!! I ordered 3 boutonnieres over the phone and asked for 1 to be purple and match a corsage that my daughters date had ordered from a couple days prior, the next to have a blue flower with gold accents and the last one to include the colors black and gold. The girl on the phone was nice. The price was as expected. The items we got are pretty and simple, the flowers are healthy.
That being said, unfortunately, none of the items match my request. All the flowers are white and none of them included black at all. 2 of them have purple so once of my children won't match for sure. I wouldn't have minded this as much if anyone let me know the requests couldn't be fulfilled. Instead, my husband picked them up and when I got home from work I discovered they were not even close to what I asked for... and of course the shop was already closed (and in the next town over). Two of the items are almost identical, which I'm sure disappointed my daughters. I asked for 3 different colors specifically (purple, blue and black). So, I think next time, I'm sad to say, I'll just order on Amazon. This time maybe I go get flowers and fix them myself. Bummer.

I live out of town and my mother lives in Clifton so when it’s her birthday or a special occasion, all I have to do is call this flower shop and let them know what I want and I want it delivered and it’s always done perfect. They really used to to a great job. I have been a customer for over 10 years.
The disparity between the example photo and what was delivered is vast. I chose the middle tier arrangement for a total cost of $109. It looked nothing like the example photo.
The arrangement that was delivered was about 60% greenery filler and contained only about 6 or 7 actual flowers. At least two of the flowers were just carnations…!
The rest was just various types of green filler. For over a hundred bucks!

I purchased a standard spray which was $230 plus dollars and it was very small. I asked for a banner with beloved aunt and it was so small and tucked in, you could barely tell it was a banner across the spray and could barely read it. The flowers were beautiful but again for the price it should have been a lot better. Very disappointed with the outcome of the way it looked.

We (First United Methodist Church, Clifton) ordered eight white long stem roses for our All Saints Sunday service, where we remember those church members who've passed away in the last year. I was worried because Blossom Shop is closed on Saturday and the flowers hadn't arrived by 5pm Friday. Though I didn't know it, Heather and Macy took care of us and had it all planned out. They delivered the roses on Saturday and placed them in the church fridge. The roses were pristine, just beautiful, and the families involved were blessed by them.

The only thing is that the picture showed bright color flowers (orange roses, bright pink flowers) the one delivered was dark red roses with purple flowers, I'm sure that's what was available. An interesting thing happened when we recently ordered flowers from the Blossom Shop in Clifton. It was our daughter's one year anniversary at her work. We ordered the flowers on Saturday for a Saturday delivery only to find out on Monday that the shop wasn't open on Saturday. We called on Monday, and the folks were so accommodating. First, they would refund our money (which we didn't really want), or they would deliver them later on Monday. We agreed to that not knowing that our daughter wasn't working that day. The delivery was attempted, and when they found out she wasn't there, they called her at home. They also called us, and we all agreed to deliver the flowers (again) on Tuesday at her work so her co-workers could enjoy them along with our daughter. Two deliveries, several extra phone calls; I'd say way beyond the call of duty! And our daughter received a beautiful arrangement and loves them! Thanks!

Valley Mills is a small town and locations shouldn't be difficult. I even left specific directions to enter through the garage and the home they were taken to doesn't have a garage.

Flowers were beautiful but choice of balloons was not. One balloon was a bright yellow smiley face which was fine, the other was a pastel floral balloon that did not match AT ALL. Not sure who would have thought that looked good, but it didn't.

I bought an arrangement for my mother-in-law, who lives in a nearby town. When I received pictures from her, there were more substitutions than I would've expected, but it held true to the claim on the website of keeping the theme of the arrangement. The Blossom Shoppe was exceptional. Even though my instructions were to leave on the porch if nobody was home. I was contacted and advised it was too windy and could not leave on the porch. They made a 2nd attempt and didn't charge me for it. On top of that the flowers were beautiful when my mother in law received them.

The Blossom Shoppe did a wonderful job preparing a beautiful grapevine wreath of flowers. We did not find out about the funeral service time until Saturday afternoon and the funeral was Monday. I was very pleased with the way my order was handled. I was kept informed of the status thru personal phone calls. I also appreciated how they spread out deliveries of flowers to her so she did not received all her flowers on the same day but some everyday and that time was taken to make she was home to receive the flowers. I have not seen a picture of what was delivered but am sure they were beautiful. Thank you for the great service.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
