This is the 2nd time using Amber. I live in Tn and found her online. Both times, my family has been pleased with what they got. I’m not sure what was different this time but I got a call pictures and such an excitement with their order. I told Amber some of the things I wanted in it and that “I trust” you with it. I will never not call from several states away to use her florist. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I tell you what, she was by far my favorite delivery in a very long time. When I started singing happy birthday and everyone in that room chimed in.. it looked like she could of cried. It was such a wholesome and heart-felt moment that you could tell just made her feel so special. It was my absolute pleasure to do that for her and it also reminded me why I stick around in this business and will start reaching beyond just making beautiful arrangements but making beautiful moments when presented the opportunity.

Amber was terrific and went above and beyond for my dad's memorial service. He loved tulips so she bent over backwards to get tulips and make a beautiful arrangement! Apparently, they have spongy stems and are pretty hard to work with. But she did it, stayed in my budget, and was on time. Even though the person who was supposed to open the church was 45 minutes late! She stayed there with me until the door was open and she brought it in the church. It was truly a stunning arrangement and I am so happy with it! She will be my go-to florist if I never need to order more.
Edit update, after a little mix up, Ashley went out of her way to make sure the delivery got to my wife. The flowers were beautiful and most importantly, my wife was happy with them.

The flowers were for a death in the family; I am from out of state so when I placed the order I didn't realize the delivery was pushed out for 6 weeks. I called and spoke with the owner, she was about to go out on maternity and was pushing her floral deliveries out or to someone else. She graciously contacted her supplier and was able to get the flowers to do the arrangement and to get them delivered the next day before her leave of absence. She will always be my go to for florist in the Orange City area.

This place was the first thing I saw online when trying to find a perfect spot to deliver flowers to my mother. Living in New England, I had no idea what to expect. I threw my faith into the wind and ordered anyway. Received a phone call prior to the delivery confirming the timing and concern for the recipient to be home when delivered. Customer service 10/10. Lovely woman who arranged the bouquet. My mother was thrilled least to say. Will order again from these people.

Ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. The florist called to get any special requests and ask some clarifying questions. I told the florist to use her best judgment.

Customer service was very good. I appreciate the phone call coordinating delivery of arrangement. I was not quite as excited with the floral arrangements. As they was not the flowers I had chosen and for the money that I paid I was looking for something a bit more professional looking. I am aware as proprietor explained there was a shortage of greenery and pink carnations. The flowers were nice but not for the money. Thank you and I do hope to do work with u again.
I had placed an order for a Thursday delivery. They called me on Wednesday to let me know their fresh flower delivery was late and I could get my order delivered on time, but if I wanted the freshest flowers, then it would be the following day (Friday). I opted for the Friday delivery and the bouquet was beautiful. My wife was very happy

This is the second time I've used Blossom Bokay Florist, and it was perfect once again! I chose the designers choice, and the arrangement was really beautiful! The delivery person called my recipients to let them know flowers were being delivered, as they were not at home, and even wished them a Happy Anniversary. Very kind! Thank you!
Was very skeptical at first..called and couldn't talk personally to anyone. Was instructed to choose from several different levels of designer choices and under special instructions I just requested a few colors and that they were aromatic. Ordered on a Thursday before mother's day to be delivered on Friday. The designer package I chose was not cheap but also wasn't over priced. Wish I could post a pic of my mother when she received the flowers Friday evening. She couldn't fit her face and the bouquet in the camera frame and were incredibly beautiful along with very aromatic!!!! Again I was hesitant ordering like this but she came through and came through in leaps and bounds!!!! Had I known what was actually going to be delivered I would have paid twice what I did for the order!! Definitely ten stars out of five!!!

I looked up the order through the site and believe we talked on the phone after realizing the mishap and went over some flower substitutions and I got it right out. Beautiful better than expected
During pandemic I ordered Mother’s Day flowers and they turned out beautiful and even delivered earlier than expected. I would highly recommend this florist!!!! Thank you!!

I ordered these flowers for my mom's birthday. Because my mother loving the color red, I requested that they included more of the red carnations. They totally delivered! (pun intended)

It did not look like the picture and I paid extra and all they did was add baby's breath. When I called they said they would redo it but they had to go pick up the other one first. That would been nice when it was a birthday gift,. They said they didn't want to add carnations because they were a less expensive flower, less than dasies or a filler flower. They didn't even offer to take something off after I spent 85.00.

We did not just add babys breath. Amber explained to you that we used oriental stargazer lilies instead of asiatic because they are a much more beautiful lily, they are twice the price and smell amazing. We also used more roses instead of mini carns. The original order has two red roses and instead we used 5. We offered to swap it out and you said nevermind because the recipient loved her flowers. I apologize it didn't look exactly like the picture but there are no specific instructions for an upgrade and we add more flowers and replace cheaper flowers with more expensive flowers and that can change the look sometimes.
Liked the flowers but the delivery was incorrect. Luckily my mom just happened to get home early so she was able to get them.
Thanks for giving me the courtesy of letting me know you ran out of of something and were going to substitute. You promised the bouquest would look as good as the picture. I was very pleased with the results when my mother in law sent me the picture. Great job!
