i know i didn't invest in the most fancy arrangement, but the result was lackluster and off target. the order was for a Sympathy arrangement for a dead mother. but the arrangement was red & white flowers, with gold balls, red berry-like accents, firs and other greenery with tips sprayed white. it screamed CHRISTMAS, not Sympathy. also, there were only 3 carnations and a dozen daisy-like flowers, which made the arrangement feel a bit on the cheap side. i'll never trust the "designer" again when i order flowers.

I asked for designer’s choice assuming it would be the designers choice of flowers and arrangement in a vase. Simple and basic. Instead, I got a toy birdhouse filled with flowers and tacky fake birds. It’s ugly as sin. It is best to keep things simple and universally appealing. What I got is something that should only be done upon specific request.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
