I can only comment on the ease of placing an order. The website is easy to navigate and place an order. Living out of state I would have preferred to speak to someone to clarify what was in the order that I chose. And that it was to go to a funeral home. I tried several times to reach out by phone but, there was no answer. I chose not to leave a message. Since the arrangement was delivered to a funeral home I am not sure what it looked like or if it arrived on time.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
