How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (502) 662-0117, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (502) 662-0117 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Unfortunately we did not receive a request for a preview of the lantern before delivery. The lantern listing online, as shown in the picture, is the exact lantern that was sent in addition to a yellow striped bow. We do our best to fill all requests when given in advance of delivery. Our apologies that the flowers seemed "squished". The flower you are referring to is called Lisianthus. They tend to be ruffly and free forming and may be miscued as damaged or squished. Again, our apologies if this caused any inconveniences.

While we always try to source the freshest product available there are times when we receive less than the best. We offered to bring a new arrangement to the recipient but she declined. We then issued a refund back to the sender in order to rectify the issue.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
