ABOUT THE STORE
BLOOMS Design House

We are a unique and luxe floral design studio in North County San Diego. We offer floral design for special occasions, floral subscriptions, weddings, and memorable events. We are not offering daily deliveries at this time. Our designs our lush and textural. Inspired by European gardens and incorporating unique and modern touches. We source flowers locally as well as ordering from Holland, Japan, South America, the Pacific Northwest, and the East Coast.

The arrangement I ordered was for a relative’s birthday. Because of her taste I chose the ALL WHITE Cloud Nine planter that was supposed to include hydrangeas, roses, and lisianthus.
What she received was flowers in lots of different colors, no hydrangeas, no lisianthus and maybe one rose. I understand that substitutions happen but the description on your website was for ALL WHITE FLOWERS! I am not happy!!

Very pleased! The recipient just sent me a photo of the arrangement she received yesterday evening and it is beautiful. Different from what I’d chosen online but that is 100% okay because I’d given permission for Blooms to substitute as needed. Recipient said the flowers were the most intricate she’d ever seen. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, bank account payments, and Afterpay at our online checkout. For in-store or phone orders, we take cards, House Accounts, cash, and checks.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.

Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight to extend their life.
