This arrangement was beautiful the first day, however it really only looked good for 2 days despite my efforts to keep it in a cool room and filled it with water.

I ordered this whimsical flower arrangement for my friend's birthday. But I discovered she will be heading out of town, so I asked for delivery right away. The florist immediately worked on it and was able to deliver the flowers that day. The arrangement brought happy tears to my friend's face and loved, loved, loved this arrangement. There were no candles, but my friend immediately knew it was a birthday "cake" and loved the unique arrangement.

I ordered these flowers the day before it was delivered. The picture on their website was beautiful, but our friend was so overwhelmed with gratitude and sent a picture. Horrible experience. Scheduled a week in advance to have flowers sent to my wife on our anniversary. Flowers never arrived. I called and they said they'd "take care of it". No idea what that means.. I am hoping the flowers eventually show up. Never offered to give me a refund or anything. Now I get to sleep on the couch
My mom said she loved the flowers and said they were beautiful. I only gave four stars though because all mom's in the world say the flowers sent to her by her children are beautiful...so we never know if they really are. We just have to take our mom's word for it. If the florist would take a picture of the bouquet and text or email it to us so we could at least see what they delivered to mom, then we would give that fifth star if mom's description turned out to be accurate.

Arrangement was delivered on the wrong date. I specifically requested delivery for 5/26 but it was delivered 5/25. I had to reach out to someone on the property to retrieve it so that it can be presented to Kelly on the correct date - but we made it work.

Blooms and Bears Florist sent us a confirmation which clearly stated that they delivered our arrangement yesterday when in fact they did not. We called them this morning and the lady said she forgot to call us. This is very unprofessional and ethically wrong. Had the recipient not alerted us that her arrangement did not arrive, we would have assumed that it was delivered based on the confirmation they sent.
The recipient of the flowers loved them and said they were stunning. Thank you!

My Valentine's Day order was never delivered, and no effort was made to offer recompense. Amazingly, Blooms and Bears had screwed up an order just the previous week, delivering an order to the same person a day late! I foolishly thought that the first error was a one-off, and they wouldn't fail twice in a row. Alas, no. At this time, I have no plans to do further business with this florist, and I recommend that others steer clear as well.

Fantastic job! Gf loved the flowers and were delivered within the time frame as requested. Gf even stated these flowers looked and felt better than the other places I purchased.
The flowers did not come in the vase pictured. Instead they came in a circular vase and the display looked very messy. Also, the delivery was put on a random table in the courtyard rather than the front door (which I had requested) so the recipient didn’t even see the flowers in time.
Also, the flowers delivered were completely different colors from the picture. They gave me orange, white, and pink instead of the pictured yellow, red, and purple.
Blooms and Bears always does a goof job. They’re reliable and well-priced. Highly recommend them.

Delivery was late (early evening), despite the early order. Flower quality was not good and bouquet was not at all like what was pictured in the pinky promise photo. In addition one (of the already small) longstem pink roses was snapped in half on delivery.
I called and spoke with the owner the next day.

The flowers were beautiful but the arrangement was not as full as pictured. I wish more effort was put into the presentation as the bow was dinky and had to be taped to the vase. Also, it would’ve been great if plant food would have been included to help the flowers last longer.

The arrangement was beautiful! It was so nice I put it up on our counter so everyone could enjoy it. One of our employees took it over to the recipient at the end of the day. The pink roses were quite fragrant. The wire wrapped around the vase was a nice touch! Thanks for your efforts!!
I was sent an email stating they would need to change the arrangement I ordered but would stay true to the sentiment. I didn’t respond because I trusted that to be true. However, the arrangement that was sent to my family friend looked completely different to me and I was semi-mortified. Red roses in a purple vase. I was going for a classy look like the one pictured in “pinky promise” but felt I got a much less daytime/tackier look. I’m sure they meant well but I will not be using this company again.

I was notified that you would be substituting flowers, but didn't think they would be THAT springy- completely pink.

The florist told me that they had to substitute some flowers in the pre-selected arrangement due to availability, so I was initially concerned as it was selected for its color concept. I was assured it would still “look and feel” the same, and the florist described the changes to me over the phone. The recipient sent me a photo of the arrangement and I was absolutely delighted at the result as was she! Thank you for the beautiful work and great experience. I will absolutely use you again. The flowers were delivered early, before the time I requested and my fiance thought the arrangement was beautiful.
First time I used this florist and will be the last time - the delivery location was only 2 miles from them which is why I picked this florist. I specifically requested a 9:30 a.m. delivery as the flowers were for my girl friend who would only be working part time because of her birthday. My office rec'd a call after I had left the day before the delivery saying they were busy and couldn't make the delivery until noon. Lousy service.
I was astonished at how quickly this got delivered. I ordered this as soon as we found out one of our clients were in the hospital and it was delivered 1 hour later. Very fast and amazing service!

Dear B&B, Firstly, your website promised Same Day Delivery. Secondly, you changed Delivery Date by email, not by phone call to next day instead. Thirdly, my order was based on the picture to your left (Pretty in Pink). You could not deliver the flowers as pictured and called to say you would have to replace them with whatever flowers you had on hand. Needless to say, I was very disappointed as I was paying top dollar ($162 incldg dlvy) for flowers that weren't exactly what I ordered. I hesitated to give you this negative review, but you asked. Thank you for your time.
Blooms and Bear called me two days before my online order was to be delivered, to tell me they didn't have what I ordered in stalk. I knew this could happen with online orders but I was worried because the last time this happened at another place, it didn't turn out well. But the women who called from Blooms and Bears was great. She talked me through some options and I went with her suggestions and then hoped for the best. The arrangement was delivered on time as promised, to my girlfriends work and they were a hit with her and the whole office. After a few bad experiences with other flower shops, I know have my go to flower shop, thank you.
Based on the photo for the Colorful Balloon Bouquet, I ordered 2 sets of balloons thinking there would be 2 dozen. There were only 12. The people were nice, but I wanted it to be over the top and it wasn't.
I sent flowers to my brother and his wife for their anniversary. The florist tried to deliver it to their house but they were at work. The florist took the time to deliver it to their workplace instead of leaving it at the door in the sun! Wonderful customer service and of course, gorgeous flowers!

I have always been impressed with the floral arrangements that Blooms and Bears has done for me. This Mother's Day was no exception. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful. The flowers appeared to have been "fresh picked"! A substitution had to be made in the rose color. B and B was not pleased with the yellow roses they had received so they sent them back. The subtle orange/peach color rose they substituted was perfect and the roses themselves were just the perfect amount of "open". I ordered the flowers a week in advance and they supposedly didn't have the lilacs. Why have that option if you can't follow through? They delivered an arrangement that did not look like it was worth $90
My greeting card was supposed to say, Happy Birthday to my BFF. But the word "Birthday" was missing. :(
