Hi Barbara, unfortunately you placed the order on Sunday Dec 1st (and we are not open on Sundays) for delivery next day (Monday Dec 2nd). It was a holiday weekend (Thanksgiving) and it was impossible for us to get your orchids in such short notice. Our flower suppliers did not receive flowers during the holiday weekend and we did not receive flowers until Tue-Wed. Due to the incovenience and following our substitution policy we substituted the flowers that were not available with other flowers but preserving their value, we did not include any "cheap flowers". Per our substitution policy we ensured that style, theme and color scheme was preserved and we even included extra flowers increasing its value to premium size. If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability. We apologize for the inconvenience and we hope to see you soon! :)

Hi Renee, as per our substitution policy stated in our website "Our photo may represent an overall theme or look which cannot be exactly replicated. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. We will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher." You received white hydrangeas and white orchids with a touch of green, you received two kinds of roses: frutetto and mandala, which are light pink roses, not coral (the flowers that appear in the picture are not peach). Since your arrangement was a sympathy arrangement we did not include strong colors for your flowers, we tried to keep them soft and light, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Dear Laura, as we spoke on Saturday and we explained to you, due to the earthquake that we experienced on Friday 4/5, we had issues with our computers and system. Unfortunately, the phone number you provided was from Mexico and we can't make international phone calls, so we were not able to contact you and explain the situation until you contacted us on Saturday morning. When I spoke with you I told you that due to the inconvenience we were going to upgrade your flower arrangement and we were going to provide you with a free happy birthday mylar balloon. You told us to deliver as soon as possible and we delivered your arrangement before noon. Your flowers were received by the recipient, so your flowers arrived. Feel free to contact us. Thank you.

Unfortunately you placed the order online on Sunday and we do not open on Sundays, and you asked for an early morning pick up (you called us on Monday at 9:20 am asking if your arrangement was ready and we open at 10 am). We always work with fresh flowers, so it was impossible for us to get that specific orchid (since it is an exotic flower) in such short notice. However; we had your beautiful arrangement ready when you came to pick it up at 11 am. We are sorry for the inconvenience and we are beyond happy that you loved the arrangement. We hope to see you soon :)

Hi Allison, we checked your order and our records indicate that you asked your arrangement to be delivered Sat, May 13. However, you did a mistake with the house number in your address. We called you and recipient several times on saturday, we left you and your mother voice messages but never received a call back. We then tried again on Sun, May 14, you answered us and provided us the correct address (415 and not 4115) and we delivered it the same day (Sun 14th). Our driver ring the bell and also knocked the door but no one opened so we left the arrangement at the front door in a safe place. We cannot give you a refund because we did the delivery even though you placed the order with a wrong address, also it has been a week since we delivered your arrangement and we did not receive a complaint until now, we have called the recipient many times to make sure she received the flowers but she never answered. Mother's day is a busy day for us and we try our best to deliver your flowers on time but it was impossible for us since the address was wrong and we had to reschedule the delivery for sunday. Thank you
