Gorgeous bouquet, they loved it. It did look quite a bit different than pictured with the addition of blue hydrangea but still beautiful.

My mother is new to Tucson, and since I live out of state, I was looking for a reliable local florist to send her birthday flowers. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They carried the bouquet to my car because I had my hands full with a toddler. The flowers were beautiful and remain so days later. My wife loved them. Would absolutely recommend.

The flower arrangement was perfect. My friend really liked them. However, the floral arrangement was not delivered until around 7p.m. I was concerned and called her. She said that she had just been delivered the flowers.

As requested, I phoned several times to confirm a time to pick of the arrangement, but never could get anyone on the phone nor was there a response to my messages. My last message, on the day of the scheduled pick-up was to cancel the order and issue a refund to my credit card. Have still not heard from Bloomie's to confirm; very troubling.
In a rush, I was able to purchase an arrangement at another vendor.

My daughter in law said the arrangement was beautiful. My only issue was placing the order. We were at a vacation site and were having internet issues. I called Bloomie"s phone twice and both times got a recording. I left my info and requested a return call both times. I ended up having to go to a different location to place my oder on line and never did get a return call.

Although it was a nice bouquet, it did not look anything like this picture above. Not even in the same vase. I ordered 2 of this arrangement for teachers at my school, costing over $200. I ordered the “deluxe” version but I’m having difficulty seeing the deluxe portion. As I said, nice bouquet arrangement but for the price and different from the picture, I sadly won’t shop here again. Sorry.

Beautiful arrangement, delivery however was very late in the day. I had to call to make sure they would be delivered the day promised. The workers reply was, oh sorry we got a flower delivery today so we are running late. Flowers were finally delivered at 5:30 pm.

Bloomies did a fabulous job delivering my plant. My friend had just come home from surgery and I learned after the fact that she couldn't lift ANYTHING. So Bloomies contacted me and said they couldn't get in touch with my friend and I said to leave it by the front door and text me if they didn't answer the door. I learned that my friend's husband wasn't at home when the flowers were delivered, but Bloomies texted me again so I left messages for my friends to look for flowers by the front door. I appreciated the excellent customer service of them texting me so I could make sure they received fresh flowers
I recently moved to Tucson & needed to send a tasteful & beautiful sympathy bouquet as soon as possible. I wanted to buy local (not call some national 800 number) so I searched Google to compare local shops. I chose Bloomies not only for price but the owner’s personal story, her local Readers’ Choice awards & the many beautiful choices I saw. As it turns out, this is the same shop my son chose to be his florist! The bouquet turned out beautiful & was delivered on time. No need for me to search anymore—Bloomies will always be my choice now!

I ordered a Designer’s Choice arrangement for my granddaughter’s birthday. My granddaughter turned 19 on 8/31/23 and had just started at the University of Arizona. I had an incomplete address and no information about how deliveries are handled at a dorm and no information about when my granddaughter would be in the dorm. These folks navigated my stumbling efforts with grace and generosity and successfully got a beautiful arrangement to my granddaughter. It was a miracle!

Beautiful flower arrangement
I ordered a Monstera for my daughter for her birthday. She has wanted one for years. When she called she was told it was ready for pickup when she arrived to pick it up it was not a monstera it was substituted with something else of equal value but not what I ordered or what she wanted. Thank goodness she knew the difference and they got one in and she ultimately got what she wanted and I ordered. She was beyond the moon with the it in the end.

I Ordered flowers to be delivered on mother's day and got confirmation that indeed they would be delivered on 5/8.
They were not delivered on the confirmed date.
I even got a confirmation email stating that they would be delivered on mother's day.
Then I got a confirmation email saying that they were in fact delivered on 5/8 but that was not the case.
I called to ask why and the owner was extremely rude but did offer me a full refund. Then she called me back and said she changed her mind!
I am initiating a chargeback.

Purchased the sounds of Joy arrangement for my wife's Birthday and the delivery was between the hours they told me it would be. The arrangement that showed up was much better than the one in the picture. I thought the one in the picture was great but what showed up at the house was amazing. My wife was so impressed with the flowers that showed up. It really made her day! Great job Bloomie's Flowers! I Will be purchasing again.
