I ordered online and in the special instructions box I asked for no roses. She sent me a picture of the arrangment and it had roses all over in it. She doesn't like roses. Disappointing for sure. Especially for almost $100.

I used the online service with Bloomer Floral. It was a very easy process. They have so many wonderful flower and plant selections to choose from. My wife decided on the Truly Loved basket for a friend's funeral service. The basket was absolutely full and beautiful! The florist did an amazing job. We received many compliments. The flower basket I got for my grandma was BEAUTIFUL. I ran into a snag with delivery because my grandma was being discharged shortly after I ordered these for delivery, but they were so flexible and ended up getting them to her before she was discharged. Looks nothing like what was pictured. Maybe have more accurate photos of what you have in stock. Even the basket isn’t right! So disappointing!

We do have a substitution policy that does state due to supply, we may sub the container/flowers but still give you the same overall look and feel. Many times, as in your case, when we need to sub, the value of your arrangement is increased due to the substitutions.

Above and beyond my expectations! Not that I would have expected anything less than stellar service from Bloomer Floral. I received last minute notice of a co-worker’s mother’s funeral arrangements. I contacted the business around 3pm on Tues afternoon for a before 9am delivery the following day. The arrangement was gorgeous! Was told that there was "a national flower shortage" but the feeling and mood of the intended bouquet would be preserved. This was not the case, as what I received was an arrangement made wholly of carnations in pink and yellow, and a lot of fern. I would describe the delivered product as appropriate for a funeral or an elderly woman. Absolutely disappointed in the final product.

Where do I begin.... I live 3 hours away. Five years ago, I visited the store in person, and really enjoyed the flowers. I was given a business card with the website address and phone number. So, last Saturday, I visited the website. The website was very easy to use and secure. I ordered 1 arrangement for 2 different people in Bloomer. On Monday, I received a phone call, because some of the flowers shown on the website were out of season. I was able to choose other flowers to use instead. Amber was very nice and friendly on the phone. I was kept informed by email as to what the flowers looked and how the deliveries were going. I did not want my name on the cards, so the 1st person posted on Facebook a Thank you, and was looking for suggestions as to who the sender was. A lot of the comments were on how beautiful the flowers were. After the 2nd delivery, the person guessed correctly, and sent me an email, asking for a confirmation, if it was me. They also, really enjoyed the flowers.

The regular balloons were a joke. The delivery was around 11am, and by 5 pm all the regular balloons were on the floor. A very expensive balloon bouquet that only lasted a few hours after delivery. I won’t be ordering from Bloomer floral again.

Due to a Flower shortage the arrangement was not exactly as pictured but they did send an email out before the flowers were delivered just letting me know and they gave me the option to contact them to change some things but I knew it would still be very nice and my mom absolutely loved them.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
