How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (910) 325-7038, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (910) 325-7038 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I’m so sorry you were unhappy. We try our best but sometimes the exact flowers aren’t available. It states a substitution policy on the site. We try to give the same feel of the picture when we can’t exactly duplicate. We should have reached out to you to check. We will strive to do better in future. |more. This time for Valentine’s Day for my wife I ordered like always do thedesigners choice , the flowers are beautiful but they don’t seem as good as my arrangements over the years from yall. The previous arrangements were over the moon, there was a lot of heart and thought in them. They seem a lot fuller and flowed together. Not sayin they aren’t beautiful but they seem subpar for bloom in this year. Just honestly kind of disappointed. And this isn’t a complaining or talking bad about anyone comment either. I just know yall can make beautiful arrangements and this one was subpar. Plus the flowers were delivered on Friday 14th and they are already almost dead on Sunday the 16th and there was no flower food with the arrangement like every other year

What that means is the designers chooses what she puts in your arrangement. The picture says designers choice…I’m so sorry there was confusion. I’m hoping your recipient enjoyed the flowers. We actually loved this arrangement so much we featured it on our Facebook page. We hate that there was confusion but we do hope that your recipients day was brightened. Delivery Details & Tips
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
