We are a retail flower and gift shop located in Swansboro, attached to our sister shop; Candy Edventure. Our designers are top notch and pay attention to detail. How will I receive a new bouquet?

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (910) 325-7038, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (910) 325-7038 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

So impressed with the quality of the flowers and the superb customer service that Bloom in Swansboro provides. Ordering flowers is never easy when you can't first see them in person but the staff is very good and deliveries are on time. I would use them for any occasion based on how they treat their customers and what beautiful and creative arrangements they offer. They are providing what we've been lacking.....if the flowers are great the customer service or website is awful and vice versa. These folks are serious business owners and are doing it ALL with excellence.

My mother-in-law was thrilled! There was not like a crazy “service fee” as well just a delivery fee. A lot of the other flower shops in this area hit you with a random $28-30 service fee at checkout that’s totally unexpected. I like how upfront the prices are during the shopping experience here. I will definitely be shopping here again. The actual flowers and the vase are beautiful. Thank you for the quick delivery as well.

We try to give the same feel of the picture when we can’t exactly duplicate. We should have reached out to you to check. We will strive to do better in future. I’ve been using y’all’s florist for years even when yall were at location by water. My wife’s flowers have always been beautiful and yall amazed me everytime . I’ve always choose designers choice and it’s always turned out great. I purchase flowers from yall aleast 4-5 times a year if not
more. This time for Valentine’s Day for my wife I ordered like always do thedesigners choice , the flowers are beautiful but they don’t seem as good as my arrangements over the years from yall. The previous arrangements were over the moon, there was a lot of heart and thought in them. They seem a lot fuller and flowed together. Not sayin they aren’t beautiful but they seem subpar for bloom in this year. Just honestly kind of disappointed. And this isn’t a complaining or talking bad about anyone comment either. I just know yall can make beautiful arrangements and this one was subpar. Plus the flowers were delivered on Friday 14th and they are already almost dead on Sunday the 16th and there was no flower food with the arrangement like every other year

I ordered this arrangement because it was very vibrant for a person that needed a pick me up!! Instead she got an arrangement that was pastel pink and some brighter pinks with frosty looking greenery. Not very pretty!! This is the first order and will be the last.

Loretta was amazing at communicating with me! I had some issues with some substitutions, as they were out of the ones I originally wanted. However, Loretta was great with a fast response, and I enjoyed that 90 percent of the communication was through email! Weather was bad, so they delivered a day earlier but that was no issue to me! I’ll definitely be back!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
