The Deluxe bouquet was extremely underwhelming with a total of 7 roses. I was under the impression that the basic bouquet was exclusively made of roses so the deluxe would be an enhanced version of that. However, the bouquet didn't look like a valentine's bouquet (with roses being the focal point) but rather a lack luster basic bouquet. Had I known this was the creative direction, I would have gone with another option.

I have bought from Bloom in the box a few times because it seems to be the main Florist for Speedo where my girlfriend works. Usually, everything is great, but for Valentine's I called and was told I had to order online which I did. I ordered the Large Magic Moment which was fairly expensive. What arrived was a much smaller version than what was pictured. Not only was I disappointed, but so were the people that saw the arrangement at Speedo. I won't be buying here again and I'm going to encourage those at Speedo to do the same. I wish I could upload a picture.

I placed an order 5 days prior to pick up. I called to see if the order would be ready by my pickup time of 4:30 the day of pickup. They said yes, but when I came it was not ready and the lady was speed rushing to finish it. I had to wait 20 minutes to get it. Then, when I received the flowers, majority of the flowers were white flowers with only one lilac rose which was wilted. I would not come again.

YOU DEFINITELY WONT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE ARRANGEMENTS THIS BUSINESS PROVIDES. They really go above and beyond, the picture doesn’t even compare to how beautiful the arrangement looks in person. And, I’d like to express how much I appreciate them delivering the flowers to my cousin just in time for her birth(which in most cases I’ve never been luckily with timing). Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.
