Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Not often do you come across a team that cares as much as you do. The team at Bloom & Co. does. They went above and beyond in a way I’ve rarely seen. It was like a grand slam in the bottom of the 9th when we needed four runs to win - and they crushed it. Thank you for listening, hearing me, and for working so hard to deliver something special to someone very special to me. It was amazing! If I could give you more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. :)

I have used Bloom bar for the last 3 years to send my grandma birthday flowers. Every year, the flowers have been fresh and lasted a long time. The "You are my sweet sunshine" bouquet has been the prettiest one so far (according to my grandma). I live several states away so was nervous at first to order online flowers but my experience will Bloom Bar has been amazing and I plan on using them for many more years!
